The fixing hole portion 64 is provided with a fixing sleeve 65 for fixing the fixing protrusion 36 so that the fixing protrusion 36 is not detached from the fixing hole portion 64.

Hereinafter, the bracket structure and the external fuel filter fixed fuel supply device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. FIG.

The bracket structure and external fuel filter fixed fuel supply device of the present invention include a fuel tank 10, a fuel pump module 20, and an external filter portion 60.

The fuel tank 10 is installed in the vehicle and is filled with fuel F. In the present invention, the interruption of the fuel tank 10 is divided into a main tank 11 and a sub tank 13 And has a plurality of fuel storage spaces.

For this, the fuel tank 10 has a saddle-shaped structure in which the inner bottom surface of the fuel tank 10 is protruded upward by a predetermined length, but the fuel tank 10 is not completely divided, And the sub tanks (13).

The fuel pump module 20 is installed inside the fuel tank 10 to take in the fuel in the fuel tank 10 and transfer it to the engine E. [

The fuel pump module 20 for this purpose includes a motor pump 30, a filter unit 40, a fuel amount measuring unit 50, and a pressure sensor unit 23.

The fuel pump module 20 according to the present invention includes a motor pump case A in which a motor pump 30 is mounted and a filter case 40 in which a filter unit 40 is mounted, (C) of the fuel pump module 20 are integrally formed so that the motor pump case A and the filter part case B are integrated with each other, And then the motor pump 30 and the filter unit 40 are inserted into the fuel pump module 20. As a result, manufacturing time and manufacturing cost are reduced, and the number of manufacturing processes is reduced, as compared with the case where the individual cases into which the motor pump 30 and the filter unit 40 are inserted are assembled and integrally assembled, It is possible to reduce the defective rate to be generated.

In the present invention, the fuel pump module 20 is not structured such that the bottom surface is in close contact with the inner bottom surface of the fuel tank 10, but the fuel pump module 20 is installed in the fuel tank 10, The upper surface of the pump module 20 is located on the same line as the upper surface of the fuel tank 10 and is fastened and fixed to each other so that the lower surface of the fuel pump module 20 is connected to the fuel tank 10 10 so that the fuel pump module 20 has a bracket connecting structure in which only the upper surface is fixed and suspended inside the fuel tank 10, It is possible to reduce the vibration of the motor.

The motor pump (ex: BLDC pump) 30 is installed upright on the integrated case C (the motor pump case A and the filter part case B) of the fuel pump module 20 described above. This motor pump 30 is provided inside the fuel pump module 20 provided in the main tank 11 (which may be installed in the sub tank 13 according to the embodiment of the user) The fuel that has passed through the filter portion 40 is sucked into the fuel pump module 20 after the fuel stored in the fuel pump module 11 is sucked and then transferred to the filter portion 40 provided on one side of the fuel pump module 20, The fuel is discharged from the upper portion of the engine 20 to the fuel discharge port 21 formed by the engine, the connecting hose or the like, and is transferred to the engine.

In addition, in the case of a bottom surface for sucking fuel in the main tank 11, such a motor pump is provided with a fuel injection hole 35 through which the motor pump 30 is sucked, A fixing protrusion 36 protruding outward is formed on the bottom surface of the adjacent motor pump 30 in the fuel injection hole 35 so that the outer filter portion 60 to be described later is positioned at an accurate position So that it can be fixed securely. This will be described in detail in the external filter unit 60 to be described later.

In addition, due to the negative pressure caused by the high-speed injection of the fuel, the motor pump 30 discharges fuel to the engine, fuel is sucked from the sub tank 13, and fuel is injected into the main tank 11 To be filled.

The motor pump 30 may further include a sub fuel supply member 31 having both ends open at one end and having a plurality of first and second inflow outlets at one end and a discharge port 34 at the other end, 1 inlet port 32 is connected to the motor pump 30 and the second inlet port 33 is connected to the fuel inlet port 33 in communication with the connecting hose which is once connected to the sub tank 13 above the fuel pump module 20 And the outlet 34 is connected to the first and second inflow outlets 32 and 33 at the lower end of the first inflow outlet 32 and is opened in the main tank 11 .

Thus, when the motor pump 30 injects the fuel in the main tank 11 at a high speed into the engine at high speed (the fuel in the main tank 11 is first fed to the engine via the filter unit 40) The negative pressure generated during the fuel injection of the motor pump 30 is transmitted to the first inlet 32 of the sub fuel supply member 31 connected to the motor pump 30, The fuel stored in the sub tank 13 is sucked through the second inflow outlet 33 communicating with one side of the main tank 11 and is mixed with the fuel of the main tank 11 through the discharge port 34 .

The filter unit 40 is installed at one side of the motor pump 30 inside the fuel pump module 20 and injects fuel of the main tank 11 through the motor pump 30 described above, When the fuel in the sub tank 13 flows into the tank 11, the fuel injected from the main tank 11 is not directly transferred to the engine, but passes through the filter unit 40 first, And is then transferred to the engine through the fuel discharge port 21 located at the upper end of the fuel pump module 20.

The fuel amount measuring unit 50 is installed on the outer circumference of the fuel pump module 20 immersed in the main tank 11 in which the fuel is stored and measures the fuel level in the main tank 11.

The fuel amount measuring unit 50 includes a variable resistance display unit and a float. The float is floated on the oil surface of the fuel in the fuel tank 10 (main tank 11) and is moved up and down according to the height of the oil level, The gauge formed at one end of the fuel pump module 20 is in contact with and rotatable with the variable resistance display portion formed on the outer periphery of the fuel pump module 20 to thereby deliver the remaining amount of fuel through the variable resistance value. 50 are known technologies in the fuel pump module 20, and the detailed description of the operating principle will be omitted.

The external filter unit 60 is installed on the bottom surface of the fuel pump module 20 and more specifically corresponds to a bottom surface of the motor pump 30 that sucks fuel in the fuel pump module 20.

The outer filter 60 for this purpose includes a net 61, a coupling member 62, a coupling hole 63, and a fixing hole 64.

The net 61 is a mesh or net-like body that allows the fuel in the main tank 11, which is introduced into the fuel pump module 20 through the motor pump 30, to be filtered when inhaled In the present invention, the intermediate portion has the shape of a convex rectangle, but it can be variously shaped according to various embodiments of the user and the shape of the main tank 11 and the like.

The coupling member 62 is a plastic material that is coupled to the protruding side of one side of the web 61 and has a coupling hole 63 and a fixing hole 64 which will be described later.

The coupling hole portion 63 is an hole penetrating the coupling member 62. The coupling hole portion 63 connects the fuel injection hole 35 formed in the bottom of the motor pump 30 inside the fuel pump module to the mesh 61, . That is, when the fuel is sucked through the motor pump 300, the fuel in the main tank 11 is filtered through the mesh 61 into the fuel pump module 20 through the engaging hole 63 of the engaging member 62 .

The fixing hole portion 64 is a hole which is formed at the adjacent position of the coupling hole portion 63 to the coupling member 62. The fixing hole portion 64 is formed such that the coupling hole portion 63 contacts the fuel The fixing projections 36 of the bottom surface of the motor pump 30 protruding outwardly at positions adjacent to the fuel injection holes 35 correspond to the fixing hole portions 64 when the injection holes 35 are fastened corresponding to the injection holes 35, .

The external filter unit 60 is rotated in a state of being coupled to the bottom surface of the fuel pump module 20 so that the position of the external filter unit 60 is changed, In order to prevent such problems, problems may arise.

In addition, the fixing protrusion 36 formed on the coupling member 62 corresponds to the fixing hole portion 64 and is fixed to the fixing sleeve 36 for fastening the fixing protrusion 36, The fixing sleeve 65 has a circular ring shape and a plurality of fixing sleeves 65 (toward the inside of the fixing hole 64) along the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve 65 The fixing sleeve 65 is brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the fixing protrusion 36 so that the fixing protrusion 36 can be securely fixed to the fixing sleeve 36 when the fixing protrusion 36 is fitted in the fixing hole 64. [

When the fuel in the main tank 11 is sucked by the motor pump 30, foreign substances are filtered and sucked through the external filter unit 60 having a net shape. The foreign substances are filtered through the filter unit 40 installed inside the fuel pump module 20.

The pressure sensor unit 23 is installed on the upper surface of the fuel pump module 20 of the present invention and is connected to the fuel discharge port 21 on the upper surface of the fuel pump module 20, Is installed.

The pressure sensor unit 23 measures the internal pressure of the fuel pump module 20 (the pressure of the fuel discharge port 21) when the fuel is transferred to the engine, and the measured pressure is connected to the fuel pump module 20 The ECU transmits a signal to an electronic control unit (ECU) of the vehicle, and the ECU grasps the state of the vehicle through the received pressure to control the driving of the motor pump 30 that sucks and injects the fuel. )

That is, the optimum pressure and the fuel amount are pre-designated in accordance with the type of the vehicle and various conditions of the vehicle (such as the amount of the fuel supplied to the vehicle at the time of stoppage, stop, and various pressure values) The fuel pressure regulator 70 for regulating the pressure of the fuel flowing to the engine side is provided at the lower end of the fuel pump module 20 of the present invention. It is installed more.)

This reduces power consumption and improves fuel economy compared to a vehicle equipped with a fuel pump module 20 that is conventionally regulated in pressure by a regulator and supplies only a fixed fuel flow rate to the engine at all times.

In addition, in the present invention, a cup-shaped auxiliary fuel cup 12 is protruded upward from the bottom surface of the main tank 11 on which the fuel pump module 20 having the above structure is installed, The bottom surface of the pump module 20 can be positioned within the auxiliary fuel cup 12 for a predetermined length so that the fuel pump module 20 sucks fuel in the main tank 11 inside the auxiliary fuel cup 12 .

Of course, the auxiliary fuel cup 12 must have a structure (e.g., an outer periphery or the like communicating with the main tank 11) communicating with the main tank 11 and the auxiliary fuel cup 12 is provided in the main tank with a fuel pump module 20 ) To reduce the flow of the fuel due to the vibration of the fuel tank 10 and to prevent the problem of fuel suction of the fuel pump module 20 from occurring.

Further, a recovery line is further provided between the fuel pump module 20 and the engine E so that the fuel can be returned to the engine, returned to the engine, and then returned to the main tank 11 through the fuel pump module 20 .

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
