Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 중공형 머리부와, 외경면에 나사산이 형성된 중공 구조로 구비되어 머리부의 저면에 일체로 형성되는 리벳바디로 구성되는 볼트형 리벳과; 일측단부에는 리벳바디를 확관시키는 확관용 헤드부가 형성되고, 타측단은 리벳바디와 머리부에 관통 삽입되는 스템으로 구성되는 샤프트; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리버스 리벳을 제공한다.

도 5은 본 발명에 따른 리버스 리벳의 체결 및 해체 과정을 도시한 단면도,
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 리버스 리벳의 해체시 모재에 나사산이 형성되는 것을 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (3)
- 중공형 머리부(32)와, 외경면에 나사산(34)이 형성된 중공 구조로 구비되어 머리부(32)의 저면에 일체로 형성되는 리벳바디(36)로 구성되는 볼트형 리벳(30)과;
일측단부에는 리벳바디(36)를 확관시키는 확관용 헤드부(42)가 형성되고, 타측단은 리벳바디(36)와 머리부(32)에 관통 삽입되는 스템(44)으로 구성되는 샤프트(40);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리버스 리벳.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중공형 머리부(32)는 볼트 머리 형태로서 육각형 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리버스 리벳.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 볼트형 리벳(30)이 체결 대상의 모재(50)에 체결된 후, 머리부(32)를 풀림방향으로 회전시키면 리벳바디(36)의 나사산(34)이 풀림방향으로 회전하는 동시에 모재(50)의 내경에 나사산이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리버스 리벳.
