Abstract
본 발명은 배터리 전류 측정을 위한 케이블, 케이블 온도별 저항을 측정하여 온도에 따른 저항 값에 대한 룩업테이블을 생성하는 저항값 추출부, 기 설정된 온도 구간에서 변환된 저항 값에 대한 룩업테이블의 보정을 수행하는 보정부, 변환된 저항 값을 토대로 배터리의 전압과 전류를 측정하여 배터리 상태를 연산하는 배터리 상태 판단부를 포함한다.

Claims (6)
- IBS (Intelligent Battery Sensors)의 전류 측정 장치로서
상기 배터리 전류 측정을 위한 케이블;
상기 케이블 온도별 저항을 측정하여 상기 온도에 따른 저항 값에 대한 룩업테이블을 생성하는 저항값 추출부;
기 설정된 상기 온도 구간에서 변환된 저항 값에 대한 룩업테이블의 보정을 수행하는 보정부;
상기 변환된 저항 값을 토대로 배터리의 전압과 전류를 측정하여 상기 배터리 상태를 연산하는 배터리 상태 판단부; 를 포함하는 전류 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저항값 추출부는
차종 별로 동일한 케이블을 이용하여, 기 설정된 온도 구간별로 측정된 케이블의 저항값 중 대표 저항을 산출하는 것
인 전류 측정 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 보정부는
상기 온도 구간별로 배터리 전류의 게인에러(Gain Error)와 오프셋에러(Offset Error)를 보정하여 상기 보정값에 대한 상기 배터리의 온도별 저항 룩업테이블을 구성하는 것
인 전류 측정 장치.
- IBS(Intelligent Battery Sensors) 케이블의 온도별 저항을 측정하는 단계;
상기 측정된 온도별 저항값을 토대로, 기 설정된 온도 구간별 대표저항을 산출하는 단계;
상기 온도 구간별 케이블 대표 저항값에 대한 룩업테이블(Look up table)을 생성하는 단계;
상기 생성된 룩업테이블의 저항 데이터를 보정하는 단계;
상기 보정된 저항 값을 온도별 룩업테이블에 저장하는 단계; 및
상기 보정된 룩업테이블을 토대로, 상기 배터리의 상태를 판단하는 단계; 를 포함하는 전류 측정 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 저항 데이터를 보정하는 단계는
보정된 전류에 따라 전환된 온도 구간을 확인하는 단계; 및
상기 전환된 온도 구간에 맞게 보정된 저항 값을 상기 IBS 에 적용하는 단계; 를 더 포함하는 것
인 전류 측정 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 생성된 룩업테이블의 저항 데이터를 보정하는 단계는
상기 온도 구간별로 배터리 전류의 게인에러(Gain Error)와 오프셋에러(Offset Error)를 보정하여 상기 보정값에 대한 상기 배터리의 온도별 저항 룩업테이블을 구성하는 것
