Abstract
본 발명에 따른 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템은 철도차량의 하부에 설치되고 다수의 축전지 셀이 직렬 연결되어 이루어지는 축전지 팩과, 상기 축전지 팩의 온도, 전압 및 전류 상태를 수집하여 네트워크를 통해 출력하는 축전지 제어모듈, 및 상기 철도차량의 운전실에 구비되며 상기 축전지 제어모듈에서 출력한 축전지 팩의 상태를 현시하는 모니터 장치를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (8)
- 철도차량의 하부에 설치되고 다수의 축전지 셀이 직렬 연결되어 이루어지는 축전지 팩;
상기 축전지 팩의 온도, 전압 및 전류 상태를 수집하여 네트워크를 통해 출력하는 축전지 제어모듈; 및
상기 철도차량의 운전실에 구비되며 상기 축전지 제어모듈에서 출력한 축전지 팩의 상태를 현시하는 모니터 장치; 를 포함하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 제어모듈은,
상기 축전지 팩의 온도를 온도 측정부와,
상기 축전지 팩의 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부와,
상기 축전지 팩의 일측에 연결된 션트 저항을 통해 전류를 측정하는 전류 측정부와,
상기 온도, 전압 및 전류를 각 제1기준값과 비교하여 과온도, 과전압, 부족전압 또는 과전류인 경우 션트 저항에 연결된 FET 블록을 OFF되도록 제어해서 배터리 팩을 1차로 보호하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 제어모듈은,
션트 저항을 통해 전류를 측정하고, 축전지 팩의 전압을 측정해서 각 제2기준값과 비교하여 과전압, 부족전압 또는 과전류인 경우 션트 저항에 연결된 FET 블록을 OFF되도록 제어해서 배터리 팩을 2차로 보호하는 제2보호부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 제어모듈은,
상기 다수 축전지 셀의 충전 잔량이 균등하지 않은 경우 상기 제어부의 제어에 의해 셀 밸런싱을 수행하는 셀 밸런싱부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 제어모듈과 모니터 장치는 TCN-MVB(Multi-function Vehicle Bus) 통신방식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 팩과 축전지 제어모듈은 각각 사각 박스의 함 형태로 제작되어 케이블을 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 축전지 제어모듈의 함 정면에는 축전지 팩의 전원을 제어할 수 있도록 하는 조작부와, 축전지 팩의 상태를 표시하는 표시부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량 축전지 감시시스템. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 축전지 감시시스템을 포함하는 철도차량.
