Claims (5)
- 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기에 있어서,
송풍기 케이스의 내부에서 송풍기 모터 및 송풍기 팬과 결합되며, 일측에 공기 토출구가 형성되어 있는 송풍기 케이스와;
상기 송풍기 케이스와 결합되어 고정되며, 평평한 면에 놓여 직립되는 송풍기 모터와;
상기 송풍기 모터와 연결되며, 히터에 의해 가열된 더운 공기를 공기 토출구로 배출하게 하는 송풍기 팬과;
상기 송풍기 팬의 상부면과 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터가 고정되는 고정 플레이트의 하부면을 연결시켜 주는 후드부와;
상기 후드부의 상부면과 결합되며, 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터가 볼트로 고정되게 하는 고정 플레이트와;
상기 고정 플레이트에 고정되어 더운 공기가 생성되게 하는 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터와;
상기 송풍기 모터와 송풍기 팬에 상용전원을 통해 전기를 공급하여 구동시키고, 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터의 전극단자와 전극에 상용전원을 통해 전기를 공급하여 구동시키는 전원공급용 코드부; 을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 송풍기 팬의 상부면과 결합되어 히터 가동에 따른 소음을 억제하는 소음 억제기; 을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터는 단수 또는 복수개가 고정 플레이트에 장착되며, 전력을 조절할 수 있게 직렬연결, 병렬연결, 직렬과 병렬의 혼합연결 중에서 선택하여 구성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터는 허니콤의 둘레에 전극이 형성된 구조이고, 고정 플레이트에 전극 고정용 볼트에 의해 고정되며, 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터의 발열부는 탄화규소(SiC) 40 내지 60 중량부와, 인상흑연(C) 및 카본(C) 5 중량부와, 실리콘(Si) 20 내지 30 중량부와, 산화물 10 내지 30 중량부로 구성되는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터는 가정용, 산업용, 공업용, 농업용, 축산용 히터에 적용할 수 있는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 허니콤 구조의 탄화규소(SiC) 세라믹 히터를 이용한 열풍기.
