<실시예 및 비교예의 제조>&Lt; Preparation of Examples and Comparative Examples >

하기 표 3의 조성으로 상기 아미노산 혼합물, 천년초 추출물, 콜라겐, 히알루론산 등을 상기 화장 베이스와 혼합하여, 실시예 1 내지 7 및 비교예 1 내지 3을 제조하였다. 하기 표 3의 조성은 화장 베이스 100 중량부에 대하여 다른 성분들의 중량부로 표시하였다.
Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were prepared by mixing the above-mentioned amino acid mixture, Chenille seed extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid and the like with the cosmetic base in the composition shown in Table 3 below. The composition of Table 3 below is expressed as parts by weight of the other ingredients relative to 100 parts by weight of the cosmetic base.

<실험예 1> 단기 평가&Lt; Experimental Example 1 >

상기 실시예 1 내지 7 및 비교예 1 내지 3의 화장 조성물들을 스프레이 용기에 넣고, 미스트로서 피부 진정력, 분사력, 지속력 및 수분감에 대하여 단기 평가를 수행하였다. 패널은 20 ~ 50 세의 여성 45명으로, 5점 척도법으로 수행하여 그 평균값을 구하였으며, 소수점 이하는 반올림에 의하여 제거하고 정수로 표시하였다.
The cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were placed in a spray container, and a short-term evaluation was carried out on the skin tucking force, spraying force, sustaining force and moisture sensitivity as mist. The panel was 45 women aged 20 to 50 years old. The mean value was obtained by the 5-point scaling method. The decimal point was rounded off and expressed as an integer.

그 결과, 천년초 추출물을 포함하는 미스트의 분사력, 지속력 및 수분감이 전체적으로 우수하였으며, 특히 천년초 추출물을 포함함으로써 피부 진정 효과가 증진되는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 천년초 추출물, 아미노산 혼합물, 콜라겐 및 히알루론산을 포함한 실시예 1의 경우 지속력 및 수분감이 모두 분사 1시간 후에도 우수하였다(표 4).

<실험예 2> 장기 평가&Lt; Experimental Example 2 >

평가 기간이 긴 것을 제외하면, 상기 실험예 1과 동일한 방법으로 장기 평가를 수행하였다. 상기 실험예 1에서 피부 진정력이 우수한 것으로 확인된 상기 실시예 1 내지 7 및 비교예 1의 화장 조성물들을 스프레이 용기에 넣고, 미스트로 사용하면서 평가를 수행하였다. 미스트를 하루 3번씩 규칙적으로 얼굴에 뿌리면서 시간의 경과에 따라 피부 진정력, 분사력, 지속력 및 수분감에 대하여 평가를 하였다.
A long-term evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Experimental Example 1, except that the evaluation period was long. The cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Example 1, which were confirmed to have excellent skin-tanning power in Experimental Example 1, were placed in a spray container and evaluated using the composition as a mist. Mist was sprayed on the face regularly three times a day, and skin tightness, spraying power, persistence and moisture were evaluated according to the passage of time.

<실험예 3> 안정성 평가&Lt; Experimental Example 3 >

상기 실시예 1 내지 7 및 비교예 1을 상온에서 6주간 보관하면서 안정성을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 브릭스(Bx)가 크게 변하지 않았으며, 색이 변하지 않았고, 침전물도 발생하지 않았다(도 1 내지 6). 그러므로 상기 화장 조성물들은 안정성에 문제가 없는 것으로 판단되었다.

상기 실시예 1 내지 7 및 비교예 1을 35 ℃에서 6주간 보관하면서 그 외관을 관찰하여 안정성을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 색 변화 및 침전물 발생이 관찰되지 않아, 안정성에 문제가 없는 것으로 판단되었다.
