Abstract

The present invention relates to a moisturizing mist comprising an extract of Opuntia humifusa, an amino acid mixture, collagen, and a hyaluronic acid. The moisturizing mist of the present invention is characterized by having not only excellent blowing force and moisture, but also an excellent skin soothing effect. Moreover, an embodiment 1 comprising an extract of Opuntia humifusa, an amino acid, collagen, and a hyaluronic acid has both excellent durability and moisture even an hour later.

Description

{COSMETIC MIST FOR MOISTURIZING SKIN WHICH INCLUDES OPUNTIA HUMIFUSA EXTRACT}

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a tsunami extract.

Opuntia humifusa is a Korean native cactus native to Chungcheongnam-do. In the case of general enzyme hydrolysis, it takes a long time until the viscosity is sufficiently removed, or a large amount of enzyme is required and the cost is increased.

The inventors of the present invention have been studying a method of effectively removing the viscosity of a milky water and using the same to make a cosmetic composition. The inventor of the present invention has found that a milky water extract prepared by hydrolyzing a milky water with a specific enzyme under specific conditions is excellent in skin moisturizing, And the present invention has been completed.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic composition for moisturizing comprising a tsunami extract.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a moisturizing mist containing quinine starch extract, amino acid mixture, collagen and hyaluronic acid.

The present invention also provides a cosmetic composition for moisturizing comprising a tsunami extract.

The cosmetic composition of the present invention is excellent in moisturizing power, spraying power, sustaining power and skin soothing effect.

Fig. 1 is a photograph immediately after storing the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Example 1 at room temperature (stability evaluation 0). For convenience of the experiment, Comparative Example 1 was designated as 8.

Millennium

The milky candle of the present invention is Opuntia humifusa . In the present invention, it is preferable to use water for hydrolysis in the milled state by removing water and visibility and adding water thereto, but it is not limited thereto.

Millennium extract

The tsunami extract of the present invention is substantially removed from the tsunami-annual viscosity. Substantially elimination refers to a state in which the extract is provided as a raw material and can be supplied to a general process. For example, the quintern herb extract of the present invention has a viscosity of 10 cP or less.

The quintern herb extract of the present invention is prepared by hydrolyzing hydrolyzed millennia by enzymatic treatment under ultrahigh pressure. The ultrahigh pressure is preferably 100 MPa to 300 MPa, and the enzymes are Pectinex 5XL and CytoRace PCL 5. The enzymes may be treated sequentially or concurrently.

Preferably, the amino acid mixture comprises 50 to 70% by weight of the total amino acid mixture, the sum of L-serine, L-glycine and L-alanine.

Collagen

The collagen of the present invention is generally used as a raw material for cosmetics, and may be any commercially available collagen, and is not particularly limited.

Hyaluronic acid

The hyaluronic acid of the present invention is generally used as a cosmetic raw material, and it is not particularly limited as long as it is commercially available hyaluronic acid.

Cosmetic composition

The cosmetic composition of the present invention may be prepared in any formulations conventionally produced in the art and may be formulated into solutions, suspensions, emulsions, pastes, gels, creams, lotions, powders, soaps, surfactant- A foundation, an emulsion foundation, a wax foundation and a spray, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The cosmetic composition of the present invention may also be formulated as a softening agent, a nutritional lotion, a nutritional cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, a cleansing cream, a cleansing foam, a cleansing water, a pack, a spray or a powder.

However, it is preferable that the cosmetic composition of the present invention is in a liquid form and is particularly excellent in spraying power, and is in a spray form. ≪ Materials and methods >

The tsunami seeds used in this experiment were produced by Neo Crema, which was produced in Yeongi County, Chungnam Province. Cytolase PCL 5 and Pectinex 5XL were used for the decomposition of viscous material of cactus, and they were purchased from Vision Bio Cam. Collagen and hyaluronic acid have been commercially available as commonly used cosmetic composition materials.

Amino acid mixture

An amino acid mixture having the composition shown in the following Table 1 was prepared as a Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), which plays an important role in moisture retention of the stratum corneum of the skin.

Manufacture of Silkworm extract

After washing the stem of the millennium, the residual sugar was removed and 100 g of water was added to 500 ml of water and homogenized with a homeogenizer. The enzymatic digestion (total enzyme addition: 5 mL / 100 g) was carried out by treating the same amount of 5 × L of Pectinex and 5% of Cytolase PCL 5, respectively, at 250 MPa, pH 5.0, . ≪ Preparation of Examples and Comparative Examples >

Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were prepared by mixing the above-mentioned amino acid mixture, Chenille seed extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid and the like with the cosmetic base in the composition shown in Table 3 below. The composition of Table 3 below is expressed as parts by weight of the other ingredients relative to 100 parts by weight of the cosmetic base.

≪ Experimental Example 1 >

The cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were placed in a spray container, and a short-term evaluation was carried out on the skin tucking force, spraying force, sustaining force and moisture sensitivity as mist. The panel was 45 women aged 20 to 50 years old. The mean value was obtained by the 5-point scaling method. The decimal point was rounded off and expressed as an integer.

As a result, spraying power, persisting power and moisture sensitivity of the mist containing quinine starch extract were excellent. Especially, it was confirmed that the skin soothing effect was enhanced by containing the quinquinone extract. In addition, the sustained release and moisture sensitivity of Example 1, including the quinquennial extract, amino acid mixture, collagen and hyaluronic acid, were excellent even after 1 hour of spraying (Table 4).

A long-term evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Experimental Example 1, except that the evaluation period was long. The cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Example 1, which were confirmed to have excellent skin-tanning power in Experimental Example 1, were placed in a spray container and evaluated using the composition as a mist. Mist was sprayed on the face regularly three times a day, and skin tightness, spraying power, persistence and moisture were evaluated according to the passage of time.

As a result, in Example 1 including the quinquennial extract, amino acid mixture, collagen and hyaluronic acid, the skin tinnitus, the sustaining power and the moisture sensitivity all showed excellent results (Table 5).

≪ Experimental Example 3 >

The above Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Example 1 were stored at room temperature for 6 weeks, and their stability was evaluated. As a result, the Bricks Bx did not change much, the color did not change, and no precipitate was generated (FIGS. 1 to 6). Therefore, the cosmetic compositions were judged to have no problem in stability.

≪ Experimental Example 4 > Safety evaluation under high temperature conditions

The above Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Example 1 were stored at 35 캜 for 6 weeks, and their appearance was observed to evaluate their stability. As a result, color change and occurrence of precipitates were not observed, and it was judged that there was no problem in stability.
