실리카 전구체는 테트라에틸 오르토실리케이트, 테트라메틸 오르토실리케이트, 메틸 트리에톡시실란, 페닐 트리에톡시실란, 디메틸 디메톡시 실란, 에틸 트리에톡시실란, 티타니아 테트라이소프로폭사이드 및 테트라에틸 게르마늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 실리카 합성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
효소 또는 결합 펩타이드를 더 포함하고, 상기 결합 펩타이드는 항체, DNA 또는 RNA와 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드, 또는 수용체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 실리카 합성용 조성물.
