Description

Mounting structure of heating-duct for vehicle}Mounting structure of heating-duct for vehicle

The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a vehicle heating duct, and more particularly, by additionally installing a connecting duct in a duct hole formed in the front cross member, thereby improving the rigidity of the front cross member and making the first and second ducts easier. It relates to a mounting structure of a vehicle heating duct that can be assembled.

The air conditioner of the vehicle is a device mounted on the vehicle to maintain the room temperature in a proper state, and is configured to blow air heated or cooled above the room temperature to the passenger seat through the blower motor.

In a general passenger vehicle, cold or warm air generated through the air conditioning apparatus is typically configured to be discharged from the front of the driver's seat.

However, medium and large passenger cars or RV or SUV passenger vehicles having a relatively long body length are configured such that a rear heating duct is added to increase cooling / heating effect at the rear of the driver's seat so that cold or warm air is discharged.

That is, the heating duct extends from the front side of the vehicle body to the rear seat side and provides a passage for discharging cold or warm air generated by the air conditioning apparatus to the rear side of the vehicle interior.

Figure 1a is a cross-sectional view and a heating duct is laid in a conventional manner. Referring to the drawings, the front cross member 20 and the rear cross member 30 are arranged side by side along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body to mount the seat.

In addition, the heating duct is configured by connecting the first duct 40 and the second duct 50 with the front cross member 20 therebetween. Therefore, the front cross member 20 has a structure in which a duct hole is formed so that the first duct 40 or the second duct 30 can be inserted therethrough.

In the conventional structure, the front (front) end of the second duct 50 is mounted to protrude by a predetermined length from the front side of the duct hole, and then the rear (rear) end of the first duct 40 is fitted to the protruding portion. The assembly was done by bolting into bolt holes pre-drilled in the overlapped areas.

However, the position where the bolt holes (of the first duct and the second duct) are fitted depends on the extent of the second duct protruding from the duct hole, thereby causing inconvenience in assembly. In addition, the second duct may be damaged while the second duct is inserted into the front cross member.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1B, the periphery in which the duct hole is formed is weak and there is a fear that deformation may occur in the duct hole when an impact is applied to the vehicle body.

In addition, in order to improve the assemblability of the second duct, the assembly tolerance between the duct hole and the entrance should be set to 3 mm or more in size, but this tolerance could weaken the rigidity of the front cross member, Since the mounting position of the seat is set as low as possible, there was a limit to increasing the height of the front cross member and the rear cross member in order to improve rigidity.

Therefore, the present invention has been invented to solve the above problems and can reinforce the rigidity of the front cross member vulnerable by the duct hole perforation and the vehicle heating duct that can more easily connect the first duct and the second duct The main purpose is to provide a mounting structure.

The present invention for achieving the above object, the front cross member and the rear cross member are arranged side by side spaced apart along the vehicle body length direction so that the seat is mounted, the first duct and the rear end is located in front of the front cross member In the mounting structure of the vehicle heating duct is a second duct connected to the rear cross member is connected through the duct hole formed in the front cross member, the front end is fitted into the duct hole is connected to the rear end of the first duct and the rear end It is characterized in that it comprises a; connecting the second duct is connected to the front end opening the first duct and the second duct.

The connecting duct is formed such that each of the front end and the rear end protrudes from the front cross member.

An extension portion is bent at an end portion of the connecting duct so as to increase a diameter. The extension portion is formed at a rear end portion of the connecting duct, and an end portion of the second duct is formed to be pinched to be fastened to the extension portion.

According to the present invention, the connecting duct is inserted into the duct hole, so that the rigidity of the front cross member weakened by the perforation of the duct hole can be reinforced.

The first duct and the second duct are connected to the front cross member while the duct is fixed (because the position of the bolt hole is fixed), thereby improving the assemblability and eliminating the tolerance for the entry of the second duct. Therefore, there is an effect that can prevent additional degradation of rigidity.

In addition, the combined position is more firmly fixed and can be connected through other methods such as welding.
