Abstract

본 고안은 지폐의 다발 밴딩시 종이류나 고무줄을 사용하는 기존의 문제점을 해결하고자 반투명의 비닐을 원형띠로 구성되며 비닐은 부드러운 연질의 비닐을 사용하여 지폐의 결속끈으로서의 견고함과 부드러움으로 지폐를 보호 할 수 있다.
또한 원형으로 제작되어 밴딩시 손가락으로 사이에 끼워 지폐를 돌리면서 밴딩을 마무리 할 수 있는 사용상의 편리함 효과도 가져온다.

Description

지폐의 다발 밴딩 끈{money band}
본 고안은 여러장의 지폐를 다발로 밴딩시 원형의 비닐 밴딩 자재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 지폐 밴딩 끈은 종이류와 고무줄을 사용하고 있슴.
지폐의 훼손과 찢어지는 문제점과 밴딩 끈의 끊어지는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기 밴딩 끈의 문제점을 해결하는 부드러운 연질의 반투명 비닐을 원형으로 밴딩 자재로 제작하였다.
본 원형 비닐 밴딩 자재는 지폐를 묶는 밴딩 끈으로 지폐 다발 밴딩시 손가락으로 잡고 돌리면서 밴딩할 수 있는 편리함과 밴딩 끈 사이로 투시되는 지폐의 상태를 살펴 볼 수 있는 장점이 있다.
반투명한 연질의 비닐을 폭 15mm 전후되는 원형 띠로 제작됨을 보인 사시도.
본 고안의 지폐 밴딩 끈을 제작함에 있어 부드러운 연질의 반투명 비닐 자재를 15mm 전후의 폭으로 둥근 형태 원형끈으로 제작된다. 지폐의 결속과 다발 밴딩시 본 고안 제품을 손가락 사이로 끼워 넓힌후 다발 지폐를 가운데쯤으로 정한 후 지폐를 돌려가며 밴딩하여 남는 끈 부분은 밴딩 끈과 지폐면 사이에 끼워 넣고 밴딩을 마무리 한다.
