Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screen mask cleaner cleaning apparatus for screen mask cleaning operation in a screen printing process of a PCB manufacturing process.
The screen printing machine supplies and applies solder paste to the surface of a substrate so as to be able to solder various components such as an integrated circuit element, a resistor, and a capacitor to a printed circuit board to form a predetermined wiring or a design pattern.
Such a screen printer has a structure in which a screen mask having pattern holes formed in a predetermined pattern is placed on the upper side of a work plate, a solder paste is supplied to the surface of the screen mask, and a solder paste Is pushed by the squeeze blade and printed on the solder surface on the printed circuit board through the pattern hole.
As the screen printing process is repeated, the solder paste remains in the pattern hole or the lower part of the screen mask, and if the paste is hardened or foreign matter is deposited, it becomes impossible to print the accurate pattern, so that the screen mask needs to be cleaned. The cleaning of the screen mask is performed by cleaning the solder paste remaining under the pattern holes of the screen mask by wiping the lower portion of the screen mask with the cleaner having the cleaning liquid put into the lower portion of the screen mask after the screen printing process is completed.
The cleaner used in the screen cleaning mainly uses paper cleaner (roll paper) or nonwoven fabric, and the used paper cleaner or nonwoven fabric can not be reused and can not be disposed of.
In the screen printing process of the PCB manufacturing process, a large amount of paper cleaner (roll paper) or nonwoven fabric is consumed at present for screen mask cleaning operation, resulting in waste of resources and excessive expenditure of consumables, as well as incineration or burial of contaminated consumables And the environmental treatment costs and environmental problems are caused by the treatment, and the necessity of the cleaner which can be used repeatedly is increasing day by day.
As such a usable cleaner, a knitted fabric may be recommended, but after using the knitted fabric as a cleaner for a knitted fabric, it is essential to wash or wash the knitted fabric with solder paste to reuse it. Therefore, in the present art, screen mask cleaners have an oily substance on the solder paste, unlike contaminants that are washed or washed with an appropriate detergent for cleaning the knitted fabric for cleaners or contaminants on general knitted fabric. There is a problem that the cleaning is not easy because a large amount of paste.
Therefore, the present invention provides a cleaning device for a screen mask cleaner which can remove oily materials and solder paste from the cleaner so as to be suitable for reuse of the screen mask cleaner by overcoming the problems of the conventional art. .
Therefore, according to the present invention, there is provided a screen mask cleaner comprising: a rewinder part for releasing a wound screen mask cleaner while adjusting tension;
An ultrasonic washing unit accommodating a cleaning liquid, the cleaning tank including a plurality of ultrasonic generators installed therein, a plurality of rollers for transporting the screen mask cleaner released from the rewinder unit, and a roller support unit supporting the rollers;
A dewatering unit comprising an air injection nozzle and a pressure roller for dewatering the cleaner for screen masks conveyed from the ultrasonic cleaning unit;
A thermal drying unit for thermally drying the screen mask cleaner transferred from the dewatering unit;
A tension adjuster for adjusting a tension of the screen mask cleaner transferred from the thermal drying unit; And
There is provided a cleaning device for a screen mask cleaner, including a winding unit for winding the screen mask cleaner passing through the tension control unit.
In addition, the ultrasonic generator installed in the washing tank of the ultrasonic washing unit preferably generates ultrasonic waves of 20 ~ 100 kHz.
In addition, it is preferable that the roller supporter of the ultrasonic washing unit may be moved to Shanghai to vary the interval of the ultrasonic generation period installed in the roller and the washing tank.
In addition, it is preferable that the roller support of the ultrasonic cleaning unit is moved up and down three to six times per minute.
Therefore, a large amount of paper cleaner (roll paper) or nonwoven fabric is made by reusing the knitted fabric cleaner by efficiently removing the solder attached to the screen mask cleaner made of the knitted fabric by the cleaning device for the screen mask cleaner of the present invention using ultrasonic waves. It is possible to avoid the waste of resources and the excessive expenditure of consumables by avoiding the use of, and to improve the environmental treatment cost and environmental problems caused by incineration or burial of contaminated consumables.

4 is a photomicrograph of a screen mask cleaner from which solder is removed after cleaning by the screen mask cleaner cleaning apparatus of the present invention.
Hereinafter will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, the cleaning device for a screen mask cleaner of the present invention.
As the cleaning device for the screen mask cleaner of the present invention is shown in FIG.

The ultrasonic generator may form a plurality of ultrasonic generators in the washing tank, and it is preferable to form 5 to 10 ultrasonic generators. It is preferable that the ultrasonic generator provided in the washing tank of the ultrasonic cleaning unit generates ultrasonic waves of 20 to 100 kHz because the solder attached to the screen mask cleaner can be effectively removed by the vibration of the ultrasonic waves. As the cleaning progresses, the cleaning liquid can be replenished through the cleaning
When the number of times of reuse of the screen mask cleaner increases, the roller support of the ultrasonic cleaning unit is moved up and down three to six times per minute, so that the screen mask cleaner moves up and down on the surface of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank, So that it is possible to improve the cleaning efficiency of the screen mask cleaner by using the impact with the water surface of the cleaning liquid in addition to the vibration of the ultrasonic wave.
