Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 변위측정장치를 이용하여 투명한 피사체의 변위를 측정하는 과정을 개략적으로 설명하는 개요도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 변위측정장치를 이용하는 경우 광삼각법에 의해 산출된 변위값과 실제 변위값과의 차이가 선형성을 가짐을 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- 레이저 발광소자를 포함하는 발광모듈;
상기 레이저 발광소자로부터 출사된 광을 균일하게 분산시켜 피사체에 입사되는 입사광의 광각을 확장하는 광확산모듈; 및
상기 피사체에 의해 반사된 광을 수신하여 광의 세기를 검출하는 수광센서를 포함하는 수광모듈;을 포함하는 변위측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광확산모듈은 합성수지 재질로 이루어진 광확산판으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 변위측정장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 변위측정장치를 이용하여 반사도가 낮은 피사체에 대한 변위계측방법으로서,
상기 변위측정장치를 동작시켜 레이저 발광소자로부터 출사된 광을 광확산모듈에 의해 광각을 확장하여 상기 피사체에 입사하는 단계와,
상기 피사체로부터 반사된 광의 세기를 수광센서로 측정하는 단계와,
상기 수광센서에 의한 측정값을 기초로 광삼각법에 의해 상기 피사체의 1차 변위값을 산출하는 단계와,
상기 피사체의 1차 변위값을 미리 설정된 보정계수로 보정하여 최종 변위값을 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 변위계측방법.
