스마트폰이 사업체의 다양한 광고물에 표시된 상기 QR코드를 스캔하는 단계;
상기 관리서버가 상기 QR코드를 스캔한 스마트폰에 이름, 전화번호를 포함하는 고객정보의 입력을 요청하는 단계;
상기 스마트폰에 고객정보가 입력되면, 입력된 고객정보를 상기 관리서버로 전송하는 단계;
상기 관리서버가 전송된 고객정보를 DB화하여 저장하는 단계; 및
상기 관리서버가 상기 스캔된 QR코드의 광고정보에 따라 주문결과, 예약결과, 상담결과, 이벤트당첨결과, 할인쿠폰 등의 문자메시지를 생성하여 상기 스마트폰으로 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 큐알코드를 활용한 고객정보 구축과 문자메시지 연동을 통한 광고홍보 및 고객관리방법.
