The conventional water supply device for potted plants is provided with a humidity sensor and a water supply device or a water supply control device for detecting the humidity of the potted plant located in the soil of the potted plant, and controls the watering cycle according to the humidity of the potted plant measured by the humidity sensor.
For example, if the humidity of the pollen measured by the humidity sensor is equal to or greater than the maximum humidity set in the water supply controller, the water supply controller stops the water supply operation. However, in the prior art, even when the pot is not required to supply water to the pollen due to high ambient humidity or when the water level of the pot is low, the water supply operation is unconditionally performed, and thus, it is difficult to obtain a smooth growth of the plant.
