Description

WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS FOR FLOWERPOT}

The present invention relates to a water supply device, and more particularly to a water supply device for potted plants for measuring the amount of water in the plant to effectively supply water to the plant.

In general, the right temperature, the right moisture, the right amount of sunshine and the supply of nutrients are necessary to create the desired growth environment of flowers or trees. In particular, unlike the natural environment, in order to grow plants or trees indoors can not expect a natural water supply, proper water supply is most important.

The conventional water supply device for potted plants is provided with a humidity sensor and a water supply device or a water supply control device for detecting the humidity of the potted plant located in the soil of the potted plant, and controls the watering cycle according to the humidity of the potted plant measured by the humidity sensor.

For example, if the humidity of the pollen measured by the humidity sensor is equal to or greater than the maximum humidity set in the water supply controller, the water supply controller stops the water supply operation. And if the humidity of the pollen measured by the humidity sensor is less than or equal to the minimum humidity set in the water supply controller, the water supply controller performs a water supply operation. At this time, the water supply operation is performed until the humidity of the pot is equal to the highest humidity set in the water supply control device.

Therefore, in the prior art as described above, the pot is always kept in a state filled with water at least the minimum humidity, so that the plants planted in the pot does not dry out.

However, in the prior art, even when the pot is not required to supply water to the pollen due to high ambient humidity or when the water level of the pot is low, the water supply operation is unconditionally performed, and thus, it is difficult to obtain a smooth growth of the plant.

The present invention is to provide a water supply device for pollen plants to supply moisture to the plant effectively.

The technical problems to be achieved by the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above.

The water supply device of the present invention for achieving the above object, the water tank for storing the water for potted water supply, having a water pump; A water supply line installed between the water supply tank and the flower pot; Humidity sensor is inserted into the body of the plant planted in the pot to measure the moisture content; And control means electrically connected to the humidity sensor and the submersible pump and controlling the amount of water flowing through the water supply line by controlling the operation of the submersible pump through a measurement signal from the humidity sensor.

The water supply tank is connected to a water supply line to receive and store water for supplying water, a first opening / closing valve is installed in the middle of the water supply line, and a water level sensor is installed in the water supply tank to detect the water level. The water supply may be controlled by controlling the operation of the first opening / closing valve through a detection signal from the water level sensor.

The water supply line is formed to correspond to the branch pipes for supplying water to a plurality of pots, the branch pipe may be provided with a second opening and closing valve.

The control means may be provided with a timer to control the operation of the submersible pump.

As described above, the present invention measures the amount of water in the plant using a humidity sensor inserted into the body of the plant, and the control means controls the operation of the water pump through the measurement signal from the humidity sensor to efficiently control the water in the plant. Can be supplied by

1 is a view showing a water supply device for a potted plant according to an embodiment of the present invention.
2 is a block diagram illustrating a structure related to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the figures are denoted by the same reference numerals wherever possible. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would obscure the invention in unnecessary detail.

1 is a view showing a water supply device for potted plants according to an embodiment of the present invention, the water supply device for potted plants 100 is a water supply tank 110, water supply line 120, humidity sensor 130, control means ( 140).

The water tank 110 stores the water to supply the pollen 10. The water supply tank 110 is connected to the water supply line 112 to receive water for water supply. The first opening and closing valve 114 is installed in the middle of the water supply line 112 to adjust the amount of water supplied to the water supply tank 110.

Referring to FIG. 2, the first opening / closing valve 114 is connected to the control means 140, and the control means 140 is connected to the water level sensor 116 installed in the water supply tank 110.

At least two water level sensors 116 are installed and transmit a signal for detecting a high water level and a low water level in the water supply tank 110 to the control means 140. At this time, the control means 140 controls the operation of the first opening and closing valve 114 through the detection signal from the water level sensor 116 to adjust the water level in the water supply tank (110).

In addition, the water tank 110 inside the water pump 118 is installed to be able to supply water to the pot 10 located in a high place.

The water stored in the water supply tank 110 is supplied to the flower pot 10 through the water supply line 120 installed between the water supply tank 110 and the flower pot 10 by the submersible pump 118.

Water supply line 120 is installed so that one side is connected to the water pump 118 and the other side is located above the pot 10. The other side of the water supply line 120 forms a plurality of branch pipes 122 corresponding to the plurality of pots 10 to supply water to the plurality of pots 10. The branch pipe 122 is provided with a second opening and closing valve 124.

The second opening and closing valve 124 may selectively lock the branch pipe 122 when there are more branch pipes 122 than the flower pot 10. The second opening and closing valve 124 may control the opening and closing manually.

In order to automatically supply water to the pot 10 through the branch pipe 122, the humidity sensor 130 and the control means 140 is required.

The humidity sensor 130 is inserted into the body of the plant 20 planted in the pot 10 to measure the amount of water in the body of the plant 20. Since the humidity sensor 130 is inserted into the body of the plant 20, the humidity sensor 130 has a small size that does not interfere with the growth of the plant 20. The humidity sensor 130 is composed of a pair of conductive electrodes, which are conductive conductors, to detect capacitance due to moisture. As the conductive conductor, iron, aluminum, magnesium, copper, nickel, titanium, gold, or the like can be used.

In addition, the humidity sensor 130 is electrically connected to the control means 140 and transmits the measurement signal from the humidity sensor 130 to the control means 140.

The control unit 140 sets the reference value according to the type of the plant 20 planted in the plurality of pots 10 to determine whether to supply water through the humidity value measured by each humidity sensor 130. For example, a tall, thin leaf, and wide plant (20) has a large amount of water supply because the water evaporates a lot, the short and leafless plants (20), the tough and durable plants (20), Succulents 20 to store the water in the stem should be less water supply. Therefore, in the case of the plant 20 which requires a large amount of water supply, the reference value is increased, and in the case of the plant 20 which requires a small amount of water supply, the reference value is reduced.

In this way, the control means 140 controls to supply the water to the pot 10 by operating the water pump 118 installed in the water supply tank 110 when the amount of water in the body of the plant 20 is measured below the reference value.

In addition, the control means 140 is provided with a timer to set the operating time of the water pump 118 according to the size of the pot 10 or the type of the plant 20 to the plant 20 planted in the pot 10 The water pump 118 is controlled to operate according to the set time.

When the plants 20 planted in the plurality of pots 10 are the same, the control unit 140 selects the pots 10 in the representative positions, and the humidity is limited only to the plants 20 planted in the pots 10. By inserting the sensor 130, the water supply can be equally supplied to the plurality of pollen 10 through the measured humidity value.

As described above, the present invention measures the amount of water in the body of the plant 20 by using the humidity sensor 130 inserted into the body of the plant 20, and when the measurement signal of less than the reference value is transmitted to the control means 140 By setting the operating time of the submersible pump 118 using a timer, it is possible to efficiently supply the moisture required for growth for each type of plant 20 planted in the pot 10.

The water supply device for potted plants as described above is not limited to the configuration and operation of the embodiments described above. The above embodiments may be configured such that various modifications may be made by selectively combining all or part of the embodiments.
