Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to controlling a pedestrian crossing lamp that is installed on a pedestrian crossing crossing a road at a place where a traffic light is installed and operated such as an intersection. In general, crossroads or crosswalks on general roads may be provided with lights to protect traffic signals and pedestrians crossing. At this time, in order to provide the pedestrians crossing the lighting time of the green traffic light, the traffic signal provides the lighting time of the green traffic light in seconds or turns on the arrowhead-shaped LED lights and then turns off the lights one by one. It provides time information for pedestrians to cross the road. In addition, the lighting is usually installed from sunset to midnight.

Conventional night pedestrian street light as described above is to detect the pedestrian approaching the crosswalk by the motion detection sensor and transmit it to the controller to turn on the crosswalk lighting. The prior art as described above can save energy due to the lighting of the crosswalk lighting only when there is a pedestrian by detecting the presence of a pedestrian, but there is a problem in that the pedestrian is always detected. In addition, the conventional nighttime crosswalk streetlight as described above has a problem in that there is a blind spot for the detection of pedestrians according to the installation position of the detector, so that the pedestrian streetlight cannot be turned on even though there is a pedestrian. In addition, the conventional nighttime crosswalk streetlight as described above has a problem that requires a large number of motion detection sensor installation cost. In addition, when there are a large number of pedestrians, there is a problem in that unnecessary overload occurs in the system due to the continuous motion detection sensor operation.
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the lighting control system for a crosswalk associated with a traffic signal of the present invention collects and analyzes information from each unit such as a signal driver and a flasher for a vehicle traffic light and a pedestrian traffic light. A main control unit that controls the status and controls the vehicle traffic light and the pedestrian traffic light in accordance with the administrator's input control program, and a signal control for controlling the lighting and blinking of the vehicle traffic light and the pedestrian traffic light by receiving the output signal of the main control device. And a traffic light and a pedestrian traffic light that are blinking and lit by the signal control device, and a pedestrian traffic light that receives and turns on a green light signal of the pedestrian traffic light, when the pedestrian traffic light is lit by a green signal at night. The crosswalk light turns on for the set time. By lock control it is capable of effectively simply light up automatically to the pedestrian crossing into a pedestrian crossing lights.
