The present invention relates to a bollard hoisting jig, and when carrying or installing a bollard to enable the bollard to stand upright so that it can be transported or installed, the worker does not need to stand up to the bollard vertically during the installation or transportation of the bollard to prevent workers' musculoskeletal disorders It is about a bollard hoisting jig that makes it possible.

In general, the bollard of the ship is installed on the deck to tie the ship, it is used for mooring, voyage, etc. of the ship.

The bollard 100 is a vertical cylindrical form as shown in Figure 1 and a pair of cylindrical members 110, which is attached to the rope fixing part of the lug shape on the side, and the lower portion of the cylindrical member 110 It is configured to include a connecting member 120 for connecting.

Figure 2 is a side view showing a conventional bollard hoisting process, when conventionally carrying the bollard 100 is configured as described above or installed on the deck, each shackle (11) on the rope fixing part 111 formed on the cylindrical member 110 Hooked 300 and carried by connecting the lifting rope 310 to the shackle 300, if you want to install on the top of the deck to carry the bollard 100 to the installation position of the deck after carrying the bollard (100) Installed on the deck.

The rope fixing part 111 is installed to prevent the ship fixing wire rope is released when the ship is anchored, the rope fixing part 111 is formed horizontally on the side of the cylindrical member 110 of the bollard 100 Since the shackle 300 is fastened to the rope fixing part 111, the shackle 300 is fastened to be positioned horizontally on the side of the cylindrical member 110, and thus the shackle 300 is wound up with the winch rope ( When winding by connecting 310, the bollard 100 is lifted in the horizontal direction rather than the vertical direction by the horizontal fastening position of the shackle 330 is inclined to the bollard 100.

When the bollard 100 is transported in an inclined state, when carrying or loading after installation, the worker must hold the recommended bollard 100 and load or install it while standing upright, thereby reducing work efficiency due to unnecessary action of the worker. There is a problem.

In addition, the worker has a problem that musculoskeletal disorders are caused by the pain of the arm, neck, shoulder, etc. due to the accumulation of fatigue by repeatedly performing the operation of vertically standing a plurality of bollards (100).

When the jig 200 is installed perpendicularly to the rope fixing part 111 as described above, the shackle 300 is installed to be fitted into the through hole 241 of the ring part 240 in the upper portion of the support 230.

At this time, the shackle 300 is installed perpendicular to the ring portion 240, so that even if the bollard 100 is lifted by connecting the lifting rope to the shackle 300, the bollard 100 is not tilted to maintain a vertical state do.

That is, the jig 200 of the present invention is installed in a state perpendicular to the rope fixing part 111, and the shackle 300 is vertically hung on the jig 200, which is vertically installed, through the lifting rope 310. When lifting, the bollard 100 is lifted vertically without tilting.

In addition, since the ring portion 240 of the jig 200 is positioned above the upper end of the bollard 100, the bollard 100 can be stably wound by minimizing the shaking of the bollard 100 when the bollard 100 is wound.

As the bollard 100 is vertically lifted, when the bollard 100 is loaded or installed on the deck, the worker can be loaded or installed by lowering the floor directly in the lifted state without having to vertically position the lifted bollard 100. This improves work efficiency and speed, and prevents musculoskeletal disorders of workers.
