Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for protecting mooring ropes (also referred to as mooring ropes, hereinafter the same). In particular, for example, a cargo handling structure such as a platform used for cargo handling of a ship transporting large LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas: liquefied natural gas; the same applies hereinafter) is placed between the cargo handling structure and the cargo handling structure. The present invention relates to a structure used in a port facility having a mooring structure for hanging a mooring rope such as a Mooring Dolphin (MD).
As shown in FIG. 1(b) of
On the other hand, while mooring ropes have traditionally been made of heavy materials such as metal wires, in recent years mooring ropes have been made of lighter materials such as soft ropes and fibers, as shown in
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 8 of the present application, the
When the mooring rope is a fiber rope, unlike a mooring rope made of metal wire or the like, even if the mooring rope is hung in the sea, it will not sink in the sea but float on the water surface. In the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is designed to prevent mooring ropes from entering below cargo handling structures such as platforms located between mooring structures such as dolphins, or to prevent mooring ropes from entering below cargo handling structures such as platforms. The main purpose of this invention is to provide a device for protecting mooring ropes from contact with other structures.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the mooring rope protection device of the present invention includes a platform having a flat upper surface and a column supporting the platform from below, and is suitable for cargo handling on a ship. A port facility having a cargo handling structure to be used and a plurality of mooring structures that are arranged with the cargo handling structure sandwiched therebetween and to which mooring ropes for mooring the ship can be hung. A mooring rope protection device used in a stand of the cargo handling structure to prevent the mooring rope from coming into contact with the cargo handling structure; A first part extending in the vertical direction along the surface, and a second part extending in the horizontal direction along the upper surface of the platform of the cargo handling structure, The tip of the first portion, which extends vertically along the elevation of the platform of the cargo handling structure, is positioned further below a predetermined position below the platform of the cargo handling structure. It is characterized by the fact that The cargo handling structure is also referred to as a platform, for example, a cargo handling platform, a container platform, or the like. The pillars of the cargo handling structure extend from the seabed. The mooring structure is also called, for example, a mooring dolphin or its abbreviation MD. The mooring structure has a hook, such as a quick release hook, for hanging a mooring rope. The first portion and the second portion constituting the mooring rope protection device are formed of, for example, a pipe-shaped member. The predetermined position below the platform of the cargo handling structure indicates, for example, the position of the average low spring tide level of the port facility.
As a result, even if the mooring rope floating on the sea surface or drifting on the sea surface moves toward the cargo handling structure and the mooring rope attempts to enter below the platform of the cargo handling structure, the first mooring rope protection device , it is possible to prevent the mooring rope from entering below the platform of the cargo handling structure. In addition, it is possible to prevent the mooring rope from coming into contact with the cargo handling structure during rope handling by first contacting the mooring rope protection device, so when tension is applied to the mooring rope, It is possible to prevent the rope from being damaged.
In the mooring rope protection device of the present invention, the second portion is configured to rotate and move in the axial direction by a holding mechanism. It is held on the top surface of the object table and has a connecting part, and the connecting part and the connecting part provided on the top surface of the table of the cargo handling structure are connected via a linear member. (Claim 2). The connecting portion of the second portion may have any configuration as long as it is capable of attaching a linear member. The linear member is, for example, a chain. The second part does not need to be held by the holding mechanism in a state where the second part can always rotate and move in the axial direction, and is normally fixed by the holding mechanism. It is only necessary that the fixation is released by the holding mechanism as necessary so that the second portion can rotate and move in the axial direction.
As a result, the second part is rotated so that the tip of the first part extends downward from the second member to a sideways state where it is in the same position as the second member. , by pulling the linear member and moving the second part in the axial direction toward the connecting part provided on the top surface of the platform, the entire mooring rope protection device is raised onto the platform of the cargo handling structure. It is possible to make the state
Furthermore, in the mooring rope protection device of the present invention, the second portion has a fall prevention linear member attached to an end opposite to the first portion, and the fall prevention linear member is attached to the end opposite to the first portion. The present invention is characterized in that the member is also attached to a columnar portion provided on the top surface of the platform of the cargo handling structure (Claim 3). The manner in which the drop-preventing linear member is attached to the end of the second portion opposite to the first portion is not limited. This prevents the mooring rope protection device from falling from the platform of the cargo handling structure.
As described above, in the mooring rope protection device of the present invention, the mooring rope floating or drifting on the sea surface moves toward the cargo handling structure, and the mooring rope enters below the platform of the cargo handling structure. However, since it comes into contact with the first portion of the mooring rope protection device, it is possible to prevent the mooring rope from entering below the platform of the cargo handling structure. In addition, it is possible to prevent the mooring rope from coming into contact with the cargo handling structure during rope handling by first contacting the mooring rope protection device, so when tension is applied to the mooring rope, It is possible to prevent the rope from being damaged.
In particular, according to the mooring rope protection device according to
In particular, according to the mooring rope protection device according to
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
In FIG. 1, a portion of an example of a
In this embodiment, the
The
In this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. are installed closer to the
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, each mooring
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 (particularly FIG. 3(b)), the
By configuring the
However, in the present invention, the holding mechanism for holding the
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the mooring
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, on the
As a result, when using the illustrated
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, the mooring
