Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a kitchen composition having an antimicrobial and deodorizing effect used for washing oil and steam in gas stoves and hoods, around sinks, and more specifically, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas. It has excellent antibacterial activity against Pseudomomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, etc., and it is effective against ammonia, amine, hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan, which are major odor sources, and has good formulation stability at low temperature and high temperature storage. And a dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and a betaine-based compound.
In addition, the present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition, more specifically, using a combination of amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and the like, and to minimize the irritant solvent, while the skin irritation is less, the cleaning power is enhanced, antibacterial activity and It is related with the dish detergent which the deodorizing power was strengthened.
Commonly used antibacterial and deodorant is a typical chlorine disinfectant Rox (Rox). Lax has strong antibacterial ability because it shows antibacterial and deodorizing effect by oxygen generated from hypochlorous acid (HClO), but because of the toxicity of chlorine gas generated during use, it gives users discomfort and anxiety about human safety. Interior spaces, including kitchens, tend to be reluctant to use.
Conventional kitchen cleaners are mainly composed of surfactants, detergents, active ingredients, fragrances, water and the like. It has a cleaning and foaming performance of these detergent ingredients is mainly surfactants, especially in liquid detergent is mainly used an anionic surfactant.
However, in the case of oily pollution and steaming, which are the main factors in kitchen contamination, anionic surfactants generally do not exhibit a sufficient removal effect. In particular, amine compounds such as basic ammonia and trimethylamine, acidic hydrogen sulfide and methyl, which are produced by the propagation of many kinds of bacteria due to fish, meat, fishy smell, food smell after cooking, especially moisture remaining during food cooking and dish washing. Sulfide compounds such as mercaptan, and odors such as acetaldehyde having a low volatility point are difficult to remove with conventional kitchen cleaners. Conventionally, various methods have been used for the deodorizing effect as follows.
First, the chemical removal method uses chemical reactions such as neutralization, addition, polymerization, redox, and hydrolysis to change the antimicrobial and odorous substances into decomposition or odorless compounds by acting highly reactive substances to the antibacterial and odorous components. As a method, the antibacterial and odorous substances are fundamentally removed.
Secondly, the physicochemical removal method is a compound having strong adsorption and trapping ability such as activated carbon, silica and cyclodextrin, which adsorbs or collects antibacterial and odor components on the surface, or absorbs by high boiling point solvent, surfactant, etc. It is a method to remove antibacterial and odorous substances by using higher alcohol and synthetic resin.
Third, as a biochemical removal method, the sterilizing action of an amphoteric surfactant or a bactericide is used to block the generation of malodorous components by bacteria, or the malodorous components decompose organic acids using digestive enzymes, bacteria and yeasts to remove odors. to be.
Fourth, the sensory antibacterial and deodorizing methods mainly include basic compounds such as ammonia, amines, acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, phenols, indole, aromatics, and polyaromatics, or volatilized compounds and sulfide compounds such as thiols, mercaptans, and sulfides. to be.
Until now, antibacterial and deodorization technologies have focused on masking methods that prevent the development of odors, mainly by using fragrance, but the odor component remains as it is. .
Recently, researches on antibacterial and deodorant which can fundamentally eliminate antibacterial and deodorant have been actively conducted, and the representative ones include cyclodextrin and cyclic polysaccharides and metal minerals, and masking scent is added to clothing and textiles. The technique of deodorizing by spraying on the surface has been introduced, which is described as a method in which metal ions chemically decompose malodorous substances while masking with incense, and cyclotextrin decomposes while moisture is dried to remove antibacterial and malodorous substances. have.
This technology has almost no damage to fibers and has excellent deodorizing effects on volatilized odorous substances such as indoor odors and tobacco odors. However, basic odors such as sebum contamination and fecal odors and basic odors in kitchens There is a disadvantage that almost no effect on the decay due to bacterial growth due to moisture. Cyclodextrins composed of glucose can also grow and reproduce if microorganisms are generated without proper use of antimicrobials and preservatives, and even if they remain for a long time, the fungus will easily proliferate and cause odor or discoloration. There is a problem.
