Abstract
A cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment is disclosed.
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment capable of preventing sanitary diseases by removing odor after cleaning, providing a taste, and particularly continuously blocking the activity of anaerobic bacteria, hydrogen peroxide 3 to 7 parts by weight, fragrance 0.1 to 5 Part by weight, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of emulsifier.
Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition, and more particularly, to a cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment capable of reducing odor and monitoring a cleaning state.
Detergents can be classified into household or industrial use depending on their intended use. Chlorine-based compounds are frequently used as cleaning detergents. Chlorine-based compounds can provide strong antibacterial power because they exert antibacterial and deodorizing effects by oxygen generated from hypochlorous acid (HClO).
However, these chlorine-based compounds have a bad effect on health despite their excellent cleaning effect due to toxicity generated when entering the respiratory tract. In addition, chlorine-based compounds have a problem of causing strong corrosion to metals.
Focusing on this point, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0324106 proposes a detergent composition containing a surfactant, a builder, a bleaching agent, sodium percarbonate and pine oil to provide strong cleaning and sterilizing power, but this detergent composition is antifungal The effect is low and it is not easy to remove the odor. In addition, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0056910 describes a cleaning detergent composition using natural ingredients including sodium citrate, baking soda, etc., but has a problem in that the cleaning power is weak due to the nature of the cleaning agent using natural water.
On the other hand, cleaning is performed by cleaning stairs or toilets that need to be cleaned using a mop or the like, or by spraying the cleaning composition after primary cleaning with high-pressure water.
The duration of the cleaning effect may be shortened or lengthened corresponding to the frequency of use of the stairs or toilet or the frequency of contamination. In general, since it is not known exactly when the cleaning is necessary, cleaning is usually performed at regular intervals. When washing is unnecessary, water cleaning or disinfection is accompanied by unnecessary human and material waste.
Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0108587 relates to a composition of an eco-friendly sterilization and deodorant, and is a composition prepared by mixing hydrogen peroxide containing silver, a phytoncide solution mixed with essential oil extracted from cypress trees and a surfactant, an emulsifier, and purified water. are describing
The prior patent simply uses the physicochemical properties of hydrogen peroxide related to sterilization and describes a composition that can harmoniously harmonize with the scent of cypress trees and the like, and describes a similar cleaning effect to existing cleaning compositions. In the case of using the composition according to the prior patent, it is difficult to know when washing is required again, and washing has to be performed at a regular cycle as in the prior art, and it is difficult to specify the time when a unique scent is required to be cleaned.
On the other hand, when cleaning the floor using a cleaning or cleaning composition, the process of separating oxygen from hydrogen peroxide proceeds faster than the scent disappears, so the sterilization effect due to the release of oxygen may decrease. In the case of a cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment, it is desirable to substantially maintain the cleaning effect by reducing the difference between the duration of the fragrance and the duration of the sterilization effect, but considering the reactivity of hydrogen peroxide, a difference in duration may occur.
However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below and may be implemented in a variety of different forms. Only these embodiments are provided to complete the disclosure of the present invention and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention, and the present invention is defined by the scope of the claims. only become Therefore, the definition should be made based on the contents throughout this specification.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention may be used by mixing with predetermined purified water after cleaning bathrooms, stairs, elevators, window frames, kitchens, and the like. In addition, since it has low toxicity, it can be used for treatment after washing various household items.
Specifically, the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes 3 to 7 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of perfume, and 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier.
Hydrogen peroxide is a pale blue, transparent liquid substance in its pure state, slightly more viscous than water, and the simplest form of peroxide having an oxygen-oxygen single bond. It is used as an oxidizing agent, bleaching agent, and disinfectant.
Since hydrogen peroxide is unstable and decomposes slowly under a base or catalyst, it is preferable to store it in a weakly acidic solution with a stabilizer added.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is preferably about 35% for handling and stable storage.
Hydrogen peroxide is toxic to cells by oxidizing proteins, membrane lipids and DNA, and is decomposed by superoxide dismutase (SOD). After the peroxide is converted into oxygen and hydrogen peroxide by the enzyme that removes superoxide, it is quickly decomposed into oxygen and water by catalase, an enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide.
Hydrogen peroxide oxidizes the proteins and membrane lipids of harmful bacteria, so when used as an after-cleaning agent, it can remove invisible microscopic harmful bacteria.
Hydrogen peroxide has a very weak odor, so even if it is used for post-cleaning treatment, it may be difficult to detect it by smell.
In the case of the embodiment of the present invention, when the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to the embodiment of the present invention is treated on stairs, floors, etc., since about 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of the fragrance is included, it can be confirmed whether or not the treatment has been performed by smell of the fragrance. there is.
Since perfume is generally added in the form of essential oil, it is preferable to add an emulsifier so that it can be evenly dispersed when mixed with hydrogen peroxide through an emulsifier.
In an embodiment of the present invention, lavender essential oil, rose essential oil, or cypress essential oil may be used as the fragrance.
Lavender is a perennial plant of the Lamiaceae family, native to the forest-rich regions of the western Mediterranean. It is an aromatic herb that has been used for thousands of years. It provides a refreshing fragrance and can be distilled to obtain its essential oil. The main components of essential oil are esters, mainly linalyl acetate, and monoterpene alcohols such as linalool. Lavender can provide mental and physical calming effects. Lavender essential oil has a slightly acidic pH of about 3.5 to 6.5.
Next, rose essential oil can provide antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, antispasmodic, antiviral, sterilizing, hemostasis, anti-diarrhea, sedative, and stomachic effects. Stress and tension can be relieved with a calming effect, and it is possible to check whether the essential oil has been processed or not with its unique scent.
Next, cypress essential oil is a fragrance extracted from cypress trees, and cypress trees are evergreen scaly-leaved trees belonging to the cypress family, which are gymnosperms, and often refer to cypress trees and hoe trees. Cypress essential oil has a strong sterilization effect and has the effect of repelling pests such as mosquitoes and flies. Cypress essential oil has a weak acid pH of 4.0 to 5.0.
The cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include 2 to 5 parts by weight of cerium dioxide.
Cerium oxide absorbs oxygen under acidic conditions and releases oxygen under basic conditions. In addition, hydrogen peroxide tends to form a hydroxide (OH-) layer on the surface during the growth of cerium oxide particles, thereby preventing the growth of the particles. Therefore, under the initial conditions including excessive hydrogen peroxide, the growth of cerium oxide particles is inhibited, and when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is greatly reduced, cerium oxide can release oxygen. can be released to provide sterilization and disinfection effects.
The fragrance included in the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention can form conditions for cerium oxide to absorb or release oxygen, and the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention The pH of the fragrance is preferably 3.5 to 6.5 to form an acidic condition in order to lower the concentration of oxygen released from hydrogen peroxide by absorbing oxygen during storage or initial use.
For example, in the case of the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention, cerium oxide has a tendency to absorb oxygen due to the low pH of hydrogen peroxide and perfume, so that the release of oxygen generated from hydrogen peroxide can be controlled. .
In addition, in the case of the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is used after being diluted in purified water, and in the case of the diluted solution, the pH is slightly increased and the pH may be increased due to the volatility of the fragrance oil. At this time, the ammonia component Occurrence of contamination with basic substances, such as the occurrence of pH or increase in pH, the tendency of cerium oxide to absorb oxygen is reduced, and the sterilization action can be continued while oxygen molecules generated from hydrogen peroxide or bonded to cerium oxide are dissociated.
That is, in the case of the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention, the release of oxygen is controlled and released at an appropriate level at the time of initial use, and the scent of perfume is generated, so that it can be confirmed whether the post-cleaning treatment has been performed well. Sterilization can be achieved by In addition, when a certain amount of time elapses after the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention has elapsed and the fragrance of the fragrance is almost not generated, the pH increases and the captured oxygen is additionally generated. Sterilization may continue. The user can predict when to process the cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment again after the point at which the fragrance disappears, and even if the user recognizes that the treatment period is somewhat excessive, the sterilization effect is maintained, so that the cleaning composition can be maintained continuously.
Here, the emulsifier is at least one selected from polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether and polyoxyethylene hydrated caster oil. can include
Clostridium perfringens is a spore-forming, gram-positive, anaerobic bacillus that causes gas gangrene. Clostridium perfringens is present in soil, sewage, and the intestinal tract of humans and animals, and causes various diseases such as gas gangrene, necrotizing enteritis, and gangrenous enteritis as well as food poisoning.
Bacteroides vulgatus is a type of anaerobic bacterium similar to Clostridium perfringens as a bacterium associated with inducing colitis.
The cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention continuously suppresses the activity of anaerobic bacteria as harmful bacteria, thereby reducing odor and maintaining continuous antibacterial activity.
Hereinafter, a cleaning composition for post-cleaning treatment according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

1][Comparative Example 1]
It was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that about 4 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide was added.
2][Comparative Example 2]
It was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that about 8 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide was added.

1][Test Example 1]
The cleaning compositions prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were diluted with 500 ml of purified water, and then evenly applied to a ceramic tile floor with an area of 33 m2.
이후, 전자코(Odor concentration meter, XP-329, New Cosmos electic Co. Ltd., Osaka, Japan)를 이용하여 향의 지속시간을 측정하였다. Then, the duration of the fragrance was measured using an electronic nose (Odor concentration meter, XP-329, New Cosmos electic Co. Ltd., Osaka, Japan).
Referring to Table 1 below, in the case of Examples 1 and 2, it was confirmed that the fragrance of rose essential oil was maintained until about 4 days had elapsed. However, it was observed that when the content of hydrogen peroxide was excessive, the excessive generation of active oxygen and the resulting fragrance of rose essential oil were quickly removed, rather reducing the persistence of the flavor.

About 15 ml of the compositions according to Example 1, Example 2, Comparative Example 1, Comparative Example 2, Comparative Example 3, and Comparative Example 4 were injected into a petri dish having a diameter of about 10 cm, and then 1, 2, 3, and 4 days. After collecting about 1 ml at intervals, Clostridium perfringens ( Clostridium perfringens ) KCCM12098 cultured for about 24 hours in GAM liquid medium was inoculated at 1% in GAM liquid medium, and then Clostridia was selected The number of viable cells of Clostridium perfringens KCCM12098 was measured using a culture medium (Nissui), and the results are shown in FIG. 1 .
Referring to Figure 1, as a result of measuring the inhibitory activity of Clostridium perfringen corresponding to anaerobic bacteria, it was confirmed that both the Examples and Comparative Examples provided some inhibitory activity by the end of 2 days. However, a difference in inhibitory activity was observed after 3 days, and the lowest viable cell count was confirmed in the case of the composition according to Example 2.
