해상에 계류설비(120)를 이용해 설치되는 부유식 LNG 급유시설(100)로서, LNG선(210)으로부터 LNG를 하역 받아 저장하고, 저장된 LNG연료를 LNG급유선(220)및 LNG연료 추진선박(230)으로 급유하며, 저장된 LNG연료를 재기화시켜 가스 생산하고, 재기화시켜 생산된 가스나 LNG 적하역 과정에서 발생되는 증발가스(BOG)를 연소시켜 전기를 생산하며, 생산된 가스 및 전기를 해저 관로를 통해 육상으로 공급되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 및 전기 생산설비를 갖는 부유식 LNG 급유시설.
