Claims (15)
- 통신 네트워크에서 노드(BS)로부터 수신자(UE2) 측으로의 데이터 스트림들의 전송을 스케줄링하는 방법으로서, 상기 데이터 스트림들은 상기 수신자(UE2) 측의 재생 버퍼()를 통한 플레이아웃을 위한 데이터 패킷들을 포함하며, 상기 방법은 상기 노드(BS)에서 적어도 하나의 스케줄링 큐(scheduling queue; )로 상기 데이터 패킷들을 배치하고 만약 상기 스케줄링 큐()에서의 데이터 패킷들의 체류 시간()이 소정의 중단 마감시간()을 초과한다면 상기 스케줄링 큐()로부터 상기 데이터 패킷들을 중단하는 것을 포함하는, 데이터 스트림들의 전송을 스케줄링하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 데이터 스트림들의 전송을 스케줄링하는 방법은,
상기 노드(BS)에서 상기 데이터에 대해 상기 재생 버퍼()를 에뮬레이트(emulate)하여, 상기 재생 버퍼()에 의한 상기 데이터 패킷들에 대한 예상된 플레이아웃 순간들()을 나타내는 상기 데이터 패킷들에 대한 개별적인 플레이아웃 값들()을 결정하고, 그리고
상기 개별적인 플레이아웃 값들()의 함수로서 상기 데이터 패킷들에 상기 중단 마감시간들()을 할당(200)하는 것을 포함하는, 데이터 스트림들의 전송을 스케줄링하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 스트림은 인터넷 프로토콜을 통한 음성(Voice over IP) 데이터 스트림이고, 상기 평균 평가 점수는 E-모델(E-Model)을 통해 계산되는, 데이터 스트림들의 전송을 스케줄링하는 방법.
- 통신 네트워크에서 수신자(UE2) 측으로의 데이터 스트림들의 스케줄링된 전송을 위한 통신 노드(BS)로서, 상기 데이터 스트림들은 상기 수신자(UE2) 측의 재생 버퍼()를 통한 플레이아웃을 위한 데이터 패킷들을 포함하며, 상기 통신 노드(BS)는 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따른 적어도 하나의 스케줄링 큐(스케줄링 큐(scheduling queue; )로의 상기 데이터 패킷들의 배치 및 상기 적어도 하나의 스케줄링 큐()로부터의 상기 데이터 패킷들의 중단과 아울러 상기 재생 버퍼()의 에뮬레이트를 수행하도록 하는 제어 모듈(200)을 포함하는, 통신 노드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 통신 노드(BS)는 범용 이동 통신 시스템 장기 진화(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System Long Term Evolution) 및/또는 고속 다운링크 패킷 액세스(High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) 통신 노드인, 통신 노드.
- 적어도 하나의 컴퓨터의 메모리에 로드가능한 컴퓨터 프로그램 생성물로서, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램 생성물이 컴퓨터상에서 실행될 때 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 방법의 단계들을 수행하기 위한 소프트웨어 코드 부분들을 포함하는, 컴퓨터 프로그램 생성물.
