Abstract
(해결 수단) 기재(基材)를 가열한 상태에서 활성 광선을 조사하는 전처리 공정(S2)과, 전처리 공정 후에, 기재에 대하여 액적을 토출하여 소정 패턴을 인쇄하는 인쇄 공정(S4)을 갖는다.

Claims (7)
- 기재(基材)를 가열한 상태에서 활성 광선을 조사하는 전처리(preprocessing) 공정과,
상기 전처리 공정 후에, 상기 기재에 대하여 액적을 토출하여 소정 패턴을 인쇄하는 인쇄 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전처리 공정에서는, 상기 기재의 내열 온도 이하의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재를 150℃?200℃의 범위의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재에 토출하는 액적은, 상기 활성 광선으로 경화하는 액체의 액적인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 활성 광선은, 자외선인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄 공정에서는, 상기 기재에 설치된 반도체 장치에 상기 소정 패턴을 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 방법. - 기재를 가열하면서 활성 광선을 조사하는 전처리부와,
상기 기재에 대하여 액적을 토출하여 소정 패턴을 인쇄하는 인쇄부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 장치.
