Description
The present invention relates to a drainage trench structure, and more particularly, to a drainage trench structure that improves waterproofing so that sewage remaining on the bottom surface of the cooking chamber does not flow into the concrete and always maintains a clean environment.
In general, offices, factories, schools, etc. are equipped with cooking rooms to provide meals for many people.
Due to its nature, cooking chambers should always be kept clean and comfortable, and drain trenches are installed at the bottom of the cooking chamber to smoothly discharge various food debris, sewage, washing water, and foreign substances generated in the process of making food. .
The drainage trench is installed in a drainage channel of a cooking chamber, and the concrete is poured by curing the side plates formed on both sides of the drainage member, and the cover is arranged after the tiles are arranged on the cured concrete.
However, the conventional drainage trenches as described above have side plates formed on both sides of the drainage member vertically embedded in concrete, so that food waste or sewage flows into the gap between the end and the concrete, which is not sanitary, and the food waste or sewage is destroyed.
