도 4는 동 실시 형태에서의 압력 조정 기구를 나타내는 모식도.
도 5는 동 실시 형태에서의 시료액의 계량 사이클의 동작을 나타내는 모식도.
도 6은 사이펀의 원리를 이용한 종래의 시료액 계량장치를 나타내는 모식도.
도 7은 사이펀의 원리를 이용하지 않는 종래의 시료액 계량장치를 나타내는 모식도.

Claims (4)
- 시료액이 계량되는 계량 용기와,
상기 계량 용기 내에 시료액을 도입하는 시료액 도입관과,
선단(先端)이 상기 계량 용기의 바닥에 대략 접하도록 삽입되어 있으며, 상기 계량 용기 내의 시료액을 당해 계량 용기 밖으로 도출하는 시료액 도출관을 구비하고,
상기 시료액 도입관이, 상기 계량 용기의 측면으로 개구(開口)되는 도입구를 갖는 동시에, 당해 계량 용기로부터 하향으로 부착되어 있으며,
상기 계량 용기 내에서 상기 도입구가 형성되어 있는 높이 이상에 있는 시료액이, 상기 시료액 도입관을 통해 되돌아오도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료액 계량장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계량 용기가 밀폐되어 있고, 당해 계량 용기 내를 가압 및 감압 중 어느 하나를 하는 압력 조정 기구를 더 구비한 시료액 계량장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계량 용기 내에서 상기 도입구가 형성되어 있는 높이 이상으로 시료액이 존재하는지의 여부를 검지하는 비접촉 센서가 상기 계량 용기의 외측에 더 설치되어 있고, 당해 비접촉 센서에 의해 시료액이 검지된 시점에서, 상기 시료액 도입관으로부터의 시료액의 도입이 멈추어지도록 구성된 시료액 계량장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 비접촉 센서는 정전(靜電) 용량식 센서이며,
상기 계량 용기는, 상부의 횡단면이 하부의 횡단면보다 크게 형성되어 있고, 당해 계량 용기의 상부에서의 측면을 따라서 상기 정전 용량식 센서가 설치되어 있는 시료액 계량장치.
