상기 구동모터(M)에 의해 회전 구동하는 수직축부(5)의 상하로 칼날을 다단 설치 구성하되, 상기 칼날은 수직축부의 상하로 서로 엇갈리게 돌출 형성된 제1,2 칼날(10)(20)과, 상기 제1,2 칼날 하부에 회전플레이트(31)(41)에 방사상으로 상하 관통된 배출홈(32)(42)과, 상기 배출홈 상부 일측에 분쇄날(33)(43)을 복수 마련한 제3,4 칼날(30)(40)을 다단 설치 구성하여 분쇄 대상물을 다단계에 걸쳐 분쇄 처리하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 야채 분쇄장치.
