상기 구동모터(M)에 의해 회전 구동하는 수직축부(5)의 상측으로는 제1,2 칼날(10)(20)을 서로 엇갈리게 다단으로 돌출 형성하여 상부 투입구를 통해 투입되는 분쇄 대상물을 1차로 잘게 분쇄하고, 상기 제1,2 칼날의 하부에는 회전플레이트(31)(41)를 상기 수직축부에 대하여 일정 간격을 두고 고정 설치하되 상기 회전 플레이트에는 배출홈(32)(42)을 방사상으로 관통 형성하고, 상기 배출홈이 형성된 각 회전 플레이트의 상부 일 측에는 분쇄날(33)(43)을 갖는 제3,4 칼날(30)(40)을 각각 설치 구성하여 상기 제1,2 칼날에 의해 잘게 분쇄 낙하되는 분쇄 대상물이 더욱 미세하게 분쇄 배출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 야채 분쇄장치.
