Description

Ground drilling equipment {GROUND BORING SYSTEM}

The present invention relates to ground drilling equipment, and more particularly, to a ground drilling equipment that can be used to drill the ground, and insert a sheet pile using one ground drilling equipment.

Generally, when constructing various civil and architectural structures, the ground is often excavated to utilize underground space. When excavating the ground, the earthquake method is used, and in the case of the non-order earthquake method, the additional method is used.

1 and 2 illustrate a process of constructing a site-placement pile on the soil layer, and excavates the earth and sand inside the casing 30 with the drilling device 21 to form the excavation hole 10, the excavation hole (10) Shows the process of intruding the casing (30).

When the excavation hole is formed, the casing 30 is drawn out, leaving the drilling equipment 21. The inside of the casing 30 is filled with sand or stone powder. Thereafter, the casing 30 is pulled out and the sheet pile 31 is inserted. It is possible to form the underground wall by continuing this process next to each other.

In the conventional underground wall forming process, the ground drilling equipment 100 and the crane 200 are sequentially used. Therefore, the crane 200 should wait in the ground drilling process, and the ground drilling equipment 100 should wait in the seat pile insertion process.

In the ground drilling, the operation cost of cranes and ground drilling equipment accounts for a considerable proportion of the public expenditure. Therefore, there is a need to improve the operation of the conventional inefficient ground drilling equipment.

The present invention is to provide a ground drilling equipment that can be used to drill the ground using a single ground drilling equipment, the sheet pile.

According to one aspect of the invention,

A drilling device for holding a casing, inserting a screw into the casing to form an excavation hole in the ground, and inserting the casing into the excavation hole;

The ground drilling equipment is provided, including a gripper for holding a sheet pile and inserting the sheet pile into the excavation hole.

In addition, the vibrator is provided with ground drilling equipment, characterized in that it comprises a gripping portion and a vibrating portion.

The present invention perforates the ground using one ground drilling equipment, by inserting a sheet pile, it is possible to reduce the cost of operating the equipment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are intended to explain in detail enough to enable those skilled in the art to easily carry out the present invention. This does not mean that the spirit and scope of the present invention is limited.

Figure 3 is a side view of the ground drilling equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention to form a drilling hole in the ground shows the appearance of inserting the casing. Figure 4 is a side view of the ground drilling equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, shows a state of inserting the sheet pile in the excavation hole.

In the ground drilling equipment 300 of the present embodiment, the casing 41 is gripped, the drilling bit is inserted into the casing 42 to form an excavation hole in the ground, and the casing 41 is inserted into the excavation hole. A perforation device 42 capable of; A vibrator 43 capable of holding the sheet pile 44 is included.

 The ground drilling equipment 300 of the present embodiment is characterized by consisting of a drilling device 42 to form an excavation hole and insert the casing 41, and a vibrator 43 for holding the sheet pile 44. .

The ground drilling equipment 300 holds the drilling device 42 and the vibrator 43 by using a roller and a rope to the cradle raised to the top. The rope can be unwound and wound as the power of the ground drilling equipment 300. As the rope is wound and released, the punching device 42 and the vibrator 43 are moved up and down.

The drilling device 42 is largely comprised of a holding device capable of holding the casing 41 and a drilling bit capable of forming an excavation hole by removing the earth and rock layers inside the casing 41 and discharging it to the outside. The gripping apparatus may be a vibrator hammer, so that the casing 41 may be inserted into the excavation hole by vibration and strike.

The vibrator 43 may grip the sheet pile 44. The vibrator 43 is largely comprised of a grip part 431 and a vibration part 432. The grip portion 431 may be in the form of tongs to match the shape of the sheet pile 44. The vibrator 432 may operate as a diesel engine.

The ropes coupled to the punching device 42 and the vibrator 43 can be controlled independently of each other. A process of continuously inserting the sheet pile 44 into the ground will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the drilling bit of the drilling device 42 is inserted into the casing 41 to form an excavation hole in the ground. When a drilling hole of sufficient depth is formed, the drilling bit is drawn out. At this time, the rope coupled with the drilling device 42 is pulled up. The casing 41 is inserted into the formed excavation hole to support the inner wall of the excavation hole so as not to collapse. Sand, stone powder, etc. are inject | poured into the casing 41, and the casing 41 is pulled out.

Then, the ground drilling equipment 300 is moved slightly so that the sheet pile 44 can be inserted in the position of the excavation hole. The vibrator 43 holding the sheet pile 44 vibrates and pushes the sheet pile 44 into the excavation hole.

By continuing this process, the sheet pile 44 can be continuously inserted adjacent to the ground.

In the order wall forming process using the sheet pile, the excavation hole is formed and the sheet pile insertion process is performed by one ground drilling equipment 300. Therefore, as in the prior art, the crane does not need to hold the seat pile around and wait while forming the excavation hole. As a result, one crane does not need to be used. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the corresponding cost.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. Modifications and additions by those skilled in the art to an equivalent range based on the embodiments will also fall within the scope of the present invention.
