Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a front side member and a subframe mounting structure of an automobile, and more particularly, to improve rigidity of the mounting portion in which the front side member and the subframe are coupled, to more firmly support the subframe and through the subframe. The front side member and the subframe mounting structure of the car that can improve the passenger comfort while minimizing the transmission of vibration or noise to the interior of the car by effectively canceling the noise and vibration transmitted from the front side member.
In general, the front side member is the most important skeletal member supporting the front body and combines from the bottom of the dash panel to the bottom of the front follower to secure the strength and rigidity of the front body of the vehicle body.
In addition, the front side member supports the load transmitted from the front suspension and is not deformed by the slight impact energy generated during the front collision, and for the large impact energy, the buckling deformation occurs in the longitudinal direction of the front side member.
