Abstract

종래의 제품은 발광 램프가 모자창이나 밴드에 부착되어 있어서, 원하는 시야를 얻기 위하여 제품을 탈착하여 생기는 번거로움을 본 고안에서 상,하 조절시에는 본체(14)를 상,하로 조절하면 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8) 가 고정핀(2)(2')를 축으로 상,하 이동하게 되고 좌,우로 이동시에는 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8)배면에 형성된 돌출부(9)에 끼움된 오링(10)을 축으로 좌우로 움직이게 되므로 손쉽게 원하는 각도로 조절이 용이하므로 작업시 안전문제와 조절시 생기는 번거로움이 없어지게 되는것이다.

각도 조절이 가능한 휴대용 램프장치{The portable ramp system where the angle control is possible}
본 고안은 각도 조절이 가능한 휴대용 발광기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 모자챙 이나 의복 등에 휴대용 램프장치를 착탈 하지 않고 원하는 시야를 손쉽게 조절하는 휴대용 램프장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 낚시 및 등산등 야외 활동을 할때에는 주간에는 시야 확보에 별 문제가 없었으나 야간에는 손전등을 파지 해야 되는 불편한 점이 있었고, 야간 작업시에는 시야 확대에 대한 불편함이 있어 안전사고의 문제점이 생기게 된다.이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 발광 램프가 달린 머리에 두르거나 모자창에 클립되는 발광기가 이용되고 있는것이다.
종래의 제품들은 발광 램프가 모자창이나 밴드에 부착되어 있어서, 모자챙에 착탈 되는 발광 램프는 모자챙 등이 전방으로 치우치거나 발광기가 모자챙으로 부터 쉽게 이탈되는 문제점이 있고 밴드형은 머리에 밀착이 되기 때문에 작업자 머리에 압박이 가해져서 사용시 불편함이 있고 시야에 따라 움직이기 때문에 주변을 비치지 못하고 협소한 장소에서 작업시 발광기를 벗어 원하는 시야를 확보하기 위하여 다시 조절 해야되기 때문에 작업시 안전문제와 불편함이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기 종래와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 본고안의 목적은 대상체로 부터 시야를 확보하기 위하여 착탈을 하지 않고 상.하 및 좌우로 자유로이 조절하여 사용상 불편함을 최소화 할 수 있고 외부에 대해 사용자의 발광신호를 보다 용이하게 감지토록 함으로써 야간에 외부로 부터 안전성을 도모할 뿐만 아니라 각종 경광등, 수신호 등과 같이 다양한 용도로 사용할수 있는 각도조정이 가능한 휴대용 램프를 제공하는 것이다.
과제의 해결 수단에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 고안은 상,하 조절시에는 본체(14)를 상,하로 조절하면 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8)가 고정핀(2)(2')를 축으로 상,하 움직이게 되고, 좌,우로 움직일시에는 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8) 배면에 형성된 돌출부(9)에 끼움된 오링(10)을 축으로 좌우로 움직이게 되므로 손쉽게 원하는 각도로 조절이 용이하므로 작업시 안전문제와 조절시 생기는 번거로움이 없어지게 되는것이다.

고정핀내입부(6)(6')가 형성 되어 있는 지지대(5) 하부에는 관통구(4)(4')를 통해 체결나사(3)(3')가 클립부(1) 하부에 형성된 고정핀(2)(2')의 체결공(7)(7')으로 나사 끼움되고,회동부(8) 배면에 형성 되어 있는 돌출부(9)에 오링(10)이 끼움되며, 회동부(8) 양,측면에 형성된 요입부(11)(11')는 고정핀(2)(2')에 끼움된 오링(12)(12')이 접하게 되고 돌출부(9)에는 체결나사(13)가 본체(14)의 체결공(15)에 나사 끼움 되게한 것이다
이와 같이 본 고안은 상하 조절시에 본체(14)를 상하로 조절하게 되면 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8)가 고정핀(2)(2')을 축으로 상,하 움직이며, 좌,우로 이동시에는 본체(14)에 나사 체결된 회동부(8) 배면에 형성된 돌출부(9)에 끼움된 오링(10)을 축으로 좌,우 움직이게 되면서 별도의 착,탈 없이 손쉽게 원하는 시야각을 만들수 있기 때문에,야간에 작업시나 여행 및 등산등 야외활동을 할때에 매우 편리한것 이다.

  1. 고정핀내입부(6)(6')가 형성 되어 있는 지지대(5) 하부에는 관통구(4)(4')를 통해 체결나사(3)(3')가 클립부(1) 하부에 형성된 고정핀(2)(2')의 체결공(7)(7')으로 나사 끼움되고, 회동부(8) 배면에 있는 돌출부(9)에는 오링(10)이 끼움되며, 회동부(8) 양측면에 형성된 요입부(11)(11')는 고정핀(2)(2')에 끼움된 오링(12)(12')이 접하게 되며 돌출부(9)는 체결나사(13)가 본체(14)의 체결공(15)에 나사 끼움 됨을 특징으로 하는 각도 조절이 가능한 휴대용 램프장치.
