Abstract

본 고안은 상부골판지(1)와 결합 지지 홀(Hole)(2), 하부골판지(3), 칸막이 벽(4), 측벽 지지대(5), 꺾임 부(8), 꺾임 측면 부(9)로 기본 구성된다.
본 고안은 텔레비전 캐비닛 포장을 골판지로 빠르고 간편하게 하기 위한 장치로써, 칸막이 벽(4)을 최소의 공간으로 형성할 수 있고, 더욱 많은 양을 포장하도록 고안되었으며, 텔레비전 캐비닛을 제품군에 따른 두께별 적용에 용이하도록 고안되었다.
제조 공정상의 추가적인 본드나 점착액 등의 화학 성분이 함유되지 않으며, 철심이나 다른 재질의 연결 고리를 사용하지 않고 순수 골판지만을 사용하여 간편하게 포장되도록 고안된 텔레비전 캐비닛 부품의 골판지 포장 장치이다.
도 1은 상부 골판지(1)이며, 평판의 골판지에 하부 골판지(3)에서 칸막이 벽(4)이 올라와 삽입되어 고정할 수 있도록 결합 지지 홀(Hole)(2)이 구성되어 있다.
도 2는 하부 골판지(3)로써, 평판의 골판지에 칸막이 벽(4)과 포장상자의 내부의 유동을 막기 위한 가장자리의 측벽 지지대(5)로 구성된다.
도 4와 같이 텔레비전 캐비닛의 골판지 포장 장치는 도 2에서와 같이 꺾임 부(8)를 중심으로 측벽이 수직으로 올라가 포장상자(7)에 삽입되며, 도 6 의 단면상에서와 같이 수직으로 꺾여 올려지면서 꺾임 측벽(9)이 형성되고, 캐비닛(6)의 측면까지도 꺾임 측벽이 지지하는 구조이다.
도 4와 같이 캐비닛(6)의 하부에는 텔레비전 캐비닛 골판지 포장 장치를 정방향으로 삽입하고, 상부는 역방향으로 뒤집어서 삽입하여 캐비닛(6)을 상, 하, 좌, 우, 앞, 뒷, 면의 유동을 막아서 제품의 손을 방지하는 텔레비전 캐비닛 골판지 포장 장치이다.
도 5와 같이 상부 골판지(1)가 하부 골판지(3)의 칸막이 벽(4)을 벌어지지 않도록 고정시켜 주는 역할을 한다.

종래의 텔레비전 부품 중의 많은 부피를 차지하는 캐비닛의 포장의 효율적인 공간 활용과 고가의 스티로폼(Styroform) 완충재를 대체하는 기술적인 혁신이 기대되는 텔레비전 캐비닛 골판지 포장 장치이다.
텔레비전 부품의 캐비닛 제조업체나 텔레비전 제조 업체에서의 자재 이동과 운반시 포장 시간과 작업을 용이하게 하며, 에스케이디(SKD: 반 조립 상태의 부품 운송) 상태의 완충재가 차지하는 불필요한 공간을 줄여서 생산을 극대화하기 위함이다.
저가의 골판지로 재활용 측면이 탁월하며, 파손의 위험이 적어 미래 지향적인 친환경 포장 장치이다.
일반적인 텔레비전 캐비닛 부품 운송용 골판지 포장 장치는 여러 장의 골판지를 겹쳐 점착액(본드)으로 붙여서 고정 및 그 형상을 구성하거나, 십자(+) 모양으로 홈을 파서 여러 장을 끼워서 조립하기 때문에 작업 시간과 친환경 측면에서
볼 때 개선해야 할 과제가 많다.
본 고안은 친환경 측면의 종이를 사용하여 재활용률이 탁월하며, 점착액이나 여러 장의 골판지를 끼우지 않기 때문에 작업 시간의 단축과 간단한 구조로 많은 텔레비전 캐비닛 부품을 효율적으로 포장할 수 있는 골판지 포장 장치이다.
본 고안은 텔레비전이나 모니터 등의 디스플레이 장치의 폭이 얇고 길이가 긴 부품 포장의 불필요 공간을 줄이고 친환경 차원의 골판지를 사용하여 빠르고 간편한 작업성으로 내수 및 수출의 부품 운송비용의 절감 효과를 만들어 내는 텔레비전 캐비닛 부품 골판지 포장 장치이다.

본 고안은 텔레비전 캐비닛 골판지 포장 장치로써, 부품의 운송중 일어 날수 있는 충격이나 진동에 대하여, 포장 내의 제품을 빠르고 안전하게 포장하기 위한 텔레비전 캐비닛 골판지 포장 장치이다.
본 고안은 텔레비전 캐비닛 포장을 간단한 방법으로 조립 가능하도록 하여 조립을 위한 추가적인 공정에 따른 생산성 저하를 방지하는 장점이 있으며, 운반시 포장장치의 부피를 작게 차지하도록 고안되어 있어, 골판지 완충재 및 박스 크기까지 최소로 제작할 수 있고 운반비용까지 절감되는 장점이 있다.
본 고안은 텔레비전 캐비닛 포장 및 운반에 있어서, 상부 골판지(1)와 하부 골판지(3)가 결합하여 칸막이 벽(4)을 구성하며, 상부 골판지(1)구조에서 최소 2개 이상의 결합 지지 홀(Hole)(2)과 칸막이 벽(4)이 형성되어 있고, 하부 골판지(3)가 이 구멍으로 삽입되어 텔레비전 캐비닛의 전도나 부품 간의 충돌을 방지해 주는 역할을 하는 구조이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 결합 및 제품의 유동 방지를 위한 하나 이상의 칸막이 벽(4)과
    상기 칸막이 벽(4)이 골판지 원상태로 복원되려는 성질에 의해 펼쳐지는 힘을 고정해주는 또 다른 골판지의 결합 지지 홀(Hole)(2)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    칸막이 벽(4)이 바닥면에서만 형성되는 것이 아닌 꺾임 부(8)에 의해 수직으로 회전 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    칸막이 벽(4)이 포함된 평판의 골판지와 결합 지지 홀(Hole)이 포함된 골판지의 결합으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 장치.
