Claims (9)
- 비타민이 함유된 수용성 고분자 나노섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 비타민은 비타민 A 및 비타민 E에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자는 히알우론산 (hyaluronic acid, HA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유.
- (i) 비타민 용액과 수용성 고분자 용액의 혼합물을 만드는 단계;
(ii) 상기 (i)의 혼합물을 전기방사하여 나노섬유를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 비타민이 함유된 수용성 고분자 나노섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 (i) 단계의 비타민은 비타민 A 및 비타민 E에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 (i) 단계의 비타민 용액은 비타민을 계면활성제의 존재 하에서 에탄올에 용해시켜 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제는 니콜(NIKKOL), 세테스(Ceteth)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 에탄올은 8.0 ~ 13.0 % 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 (i) 단계의 수용성 고분자는 히알우론산(hyaluronic acid, HA) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
