Abstract

The present invention relates to a chair installed in a stand composed of a multi-stage stand in the stadium grandstand, and more particularly, to a stadium chair that can be easily and easily repaired when the back of the chair is damaged.
It is an object of the present invention to simply replace the backrest in the assembled state on the stand.
The present invention can be solved by forming guide rails on the frames on both sides where the backrest is fixed so that the backrest can be inserted or withdrawn from the guiderail.
The invention as described above is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and by simply unscrewing the screw that secures the damaged backrest while the chair is fixed to the stand of the stadium, the damaged backrest can be easily replaced by drawing out the guide rail. This makes it easy to work and saves you money and unnecessary waste.
In the present invention, when the backrest is inserted into the guide rails formed in the frames on both sides during assembly, the backrest is stopped by the stopper formed at the lower end of the guide rail, and in this state, the assembly is easy and convenient because the screws are fastened by fixing the screws from the outside of both frames. It is a useful invention that can reduce the work process.

Description

Chair for stadium {The chair for stadium}

The present invention relates to a chair installed in a stand composed of a multi-stage stand in the stadium grandstand, and more particularly, to a stadium chair that can be easily and easily repaired when the back of the chair is damaged.

In general, the construction of the stadium in the construction site to build the foundation, and then use the reinforcing bars to build the frame, to create a temporary framework (forms) in the frame to shed concrete and to form the interior of the temporary framework.

When the concrete is molded in this way, a chair was installed on the upper part of the stand to construct a grandstand.

That is, the seat is fixed by fixing the frame in which the chair is fixed to the stand at regular intervals.

Meanwhile, as in the chair 21 for the stadium, the backrest 23 is fixed to the rear end between the frames 22 and 25 on both sides, and the rotatable or fixed seat plate is fixed to the front side.

For example, when the rotary seat plate is used, the seat plate fixing part and the backrest fixing part are configured in the frame, and the seat plate fastening part has a fastening groove formed to fasten the seat plate. The shaft of the seat plate is fastened to the fastening groove, and then the frame is fastened to the other side.

On the other hand, the backrest fixing part has a fastening groove formed at the rear middle portion of both frames 22 and 25, and a fastening protrusion 24 is fastened to the fastening groove on both sides of the backrest 23 so that the fastening protrusion is fastened to the frame. It is fastened to the screw and then screwed on the outside of the frame.

As such, the conventional stadium chair is a frame in which a seat plate and a backrest are fixed to a stand on a stand of a stadium installed in a multi-stage manner, and fixed with a fixing bolt.

If the backrest is damaged in the above state and wants to be repaired, it is disadvantageous that the work is inconvenient and takes a long time by separating and repairing the frame itself having the seat plate and the backrest fixed from the stand.

In other words, because the frame on both sides is fixed to the backrest and the seat plate, if the backrest is broken and wants to be repaired, the frame fixed to the stand is separated from the stand to separate the backrest, and then the backrest and the seatboard are separated to separate the backrest. After removing the frame on both sides, the new backrest is assembled and the chair is fixed to the stand again.

However, the above-described method has a problem that it takes a long time because the frame is separated from the stand every time the backrest is broken, which wastes manpower and labor costs.

In addition, the above method has a problem that the chair is moved because the fastening hole of the stand is worn because the fixing bolt is fixed and tightened to fix the frame every time.

The present invention is invented to solve the above problems, the object is to be able to easily replace only the backrest in the assembled state on the stand.

Another additional object of the present invention is to shorten the working time when fixing the backrest to the frame and to reduce the assembly process.

As a means for solving the above problems, it is possible to solve by forming guide rails on the frames on both sides where the backrest is fixed so that the backrest can be inserted or withdrawn from the guide rail.

As a means for solving the above additional object, it is possible to solve by forming a stopper at the lower end of the guide rail formed inside the frame so that the backrest is fixed at a predetermined position when inserted into the guide rail.

The invention as described above is to form a guide rail on the inner side of the frame fixing both the backrest so that the backrest can be moved up and down by riding the guide rail to pull out or assemble the backrest is simple and easy to manufacture.

In addition, the present invention can be easily replaced by pulling out the damaged backrest through the guide rail by simply unscrewing the screw that fixes the damaged backrest while the chair is fixed to the stand of the stadium. Can reduce the cost.

In the frame (2) for fixing both sides of the seat plate and the backrest (5) of the chair (1),

Guide rails (3) to allow the fastening protrusions (6) of the backrest (5) to be inserted or withdrawn in a sliding manner at corresponding positions inside of the frame (2),

It includes a stopper (4) to stop the fastening protrusion (6) formed in the backrest 5 in the lower end of the guide rail (3) formed on both side frames (2).

Referring to the operation of the present invention as described above is as follows.

When the chair 1 is installed on the stand of the stadium and the backrest is damaged and is to be replaced, the fixing bolt fixing the fastening protrusion 6 of the backrest 5 is removed from both sides of the frame 2, and then the backrest ( Pull 5) upwards.

As described above, the fastening protrusions 6 protruding from both sides of the backrest 5 at the time of the backrest 5 are moved upward through the guide rails 3 formed on the inner side of the frame 2.

After removing the damaged backrest, the new backrest is inserted into the guide rails 3 formed on the frame 2, and the fastening protrusions 6 protruding on both sides of the backrest 5 are guided to the lower portion by the guide rails 3. In movement, the fastening protrusion 6 is stopped by the stopper 4 formed at the lower end of the guide rail 3.

When the backrest 5 is stopped by the stopper 4 formed on the guide rail 3 as described above, the screws may be fastened to the fastening protrusions 6 by fastening screws from the outside of the frame 2 on both sides.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, the backrest may be inserted and fastened without the fastening protrusions formed on both sides of the backrest.
