워터 이젝터구조를 2중연속식으로 하여 구동동력을 절약할 수가 있다.

본고안은 제트펌프에 있어서 에너지절약을 위하여 분사장치를 2중연속적으로 하여 첫 번째 이젝터구조에서의 분사부에는 물을 쏘아주고 진공흡입부에는관등으로 연결하여 대기공기가 들어가게 하여 물과 공기의 혼합체의 압력으로 두 번째 이젝터구조의 분사동력공급역할을 하게하고, 두 번째 이젝터구조의 진공흡입부에서 얻고자하는 물이나 공기등을 흡입하여 동력공급물.공기혼합체와 흡입물.공기등을 혼합한 채 양수하거나 진공에 활용할수 있게하여 첫 번째이젝터구조가 없을때에 비하여 동력절약을 대폭절감할 수가 있게한다. 이것이 가능한것은 첫 번째 이젝터구조에서흡입된 공기가 물과 혼입하면서 분출되면서 공기가 팽창하면서 압력을 유지.증대시키는 역할을하며 나아가 공기의 체적만큼 두 번째 후단이젝터구조의 공급동력수를 줄일수가 있게 되어 에너지가 절약되는것이다. 두번째 이젝터에서는 동력공급이 물공기 혼합체로 하므로 전체적으로 체적이 크져 단순히 물만으로분사할 때 비하여 적은양의 물양으로 똑같은양의 물등을 흡입할 수가 있는 것이다 이것은 이젝터구조로 진공을 얻을때도 같이 활용된다. 이와같이 이젝터구조로 물을 분사하여 양수나 진공을 얻을때 첫 번째 이젝터에서는 공기를 흡입케하고 이것을 받은 물공 기혼합체의 분사로 구동하는 두 번째이젝터에서는 얻고자하는 본래의 목적역할을 하게하는 것이다 첫 번째 이젝터구조에서는 대기공기를 흡입하게하여 두 번째이젝터구조의 구동동력역할을 하게 하는 것이다.첫번째 이젝터의 이젝터구조에흡입된 공기는 물속에들어가 팽창하여 물의압력을 유지.증대하는 기능을 한다.물속에서 제트펌프기능을할땐 첫 번째 이젝터구조의 흡입부에는 대기에서 관으로 연결하여 공기가 들어가게 한다.

  1. 워터이젝턱구조를 활용한 제트펌프나 진공펌프등에 있어서 이젝터구조를 2중연속식으로 하여 첫 번째 구조에서는 구동동력을 물로 하고 진공흡입부는 대기공기가 들어가게관등으로 연결하며, 두 번째 이젝터구조는 얻고자하는 물이나 공기등을 흡입케하는 이젝터를 이용한 양수펌프나 진공펌프방식
