Abstract

一种真空抽渣系统。真空泵和皮带轮用离合器连接,用皮带连接真空泵皮带轮和柴油机皮带轮。离合器接合,皮带轮经离合器带动真空泵开始通过PVC管对储液罐抽真空。储液罐在负压下经PVC抽料管把渣液抽入储液罐中。离合器分离,皮带轮空转,真空泵停止由真空,抽取渣液作业完成。

技术领域
本实用新型真空抽渣系统特别适用于农林沼肥施灌,和城市下水道的清淤领域。具体涉及含有大颗粒、长纤维的低液度液体抽取系统。 
背景技术
目前的沼肥抽取作业主要采用潜吸泵和叶轮泵的形式,抽渣作业时要搬移泵体安装支架和连接电源,造成劳动强度大,有安全隐患。抽取含有大颗粒和长纤维的低液度液体时容易引起故障,造成整个抽渣作业劳动强度大,效率低,有安全隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是采用固定的真空泵取代潜水泵和叶轮泵。 
本实用新型的真空抽渣系统采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:在真空泵和密封储液罐间用PVC透明管密封连接。皮带轮离合器和真空泵连接并用皮带连接柴油机获得动力。储液罐用PVC透明管密封连接并浸入渣液池中。开动柴油机后当离合器接合时,柴油机带动皮带轮,皮带轮通过离合器带动真空泵,真空泵PVC透明管开始对储液罐抽真空。储液罐在负压下通过PVC抽料管把渣液抽入储液罐中。待到储液罐满扳动手柄使离合器分离,柴油机带动皮带轮空转,真空泵不工作抽渣作业完成。 
采用本真空抽渣系统,使抽渣作业的过程中减少了泵体的搬动和支架的架设电源连接等的辅助工作,也减少辅助工作带来的劳动安全隐患。只需要对离合器的离、合操作就能控制抽渣作业的完成和开始。降低了抽渣作业的劳动强度,同时减少了作业的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
用安装支架把真空泵安装到拖拉机上,皮带轮通过离合器安装到真空泵上并用皮带连接柴油机获得动力。用PVC透明管把真空泵和储液罐密封连接,储液罐和PVC抽料管密封连接并浸入渣液池中。开动柴油机后搬动手柄使离合器接合,柴油机带动真空泵开始通过PVC透明管对储液罐抽真空,储液罐内形成负压通过PVC抽料管把渣液抽进储液罐中。待储液罐满后再扳动手柄使离合器分离,柴油机带动皮带轮空转,真空泵停止工作,储液罐内负压消失抽渣作业停止。

1.一种真空抽渣系统,有柴油机(1)、真空泵(2)、皮带轮离合器总成(3)、储液罐(4)、PVC连接管(7)和PVC抽料管(8),其特征是:离合器分离时,柴油机带动皮带轮空转,离合器接合时真空泵被皮带轮带动,经过PVC连接管开始对储液罐抽真空,储液罐内产生负压通过PVC抽料管把渣液从渣液池(5)抽入储液罐。
