Description

Plating basket {plating basket}

The present invention relates to a basket for plating, and more particularly, to a plating basket capable of easily proceeding an electroless plating operation for manufacturing various thin film circuit boards such as a printed circuit board (PCB).

In general, various thin film circuit boards, such as a printed circuit board (PCB), are manufactured through a plating process.

The plating process is to form a plating layer (metal thin film layer) for imparting electrical characteristics to a substrate for manufacturing a circuit board, that is, a thin film-like plated body, and is mainly performed by electroless plating (or electrolytic plating).

The electroless plating operation is carried out in a state where the thin film-like plated bodies are placed in the plating tank by placing several sheets on the side of the plating basket.

Therefore, the plating basket should not only be able to quickly mount (or unmount) a plurality of thin film-like plates, but also have a structure that can be contained so as not to cause interference due to contact between the thin film-like plates. It is important to provide.

However, the above-described conventional plating baskets support only three portions (bottom and left / right) of the edge when the thin film-shaped plated bodies are inserted from top to bottom (approximately “U” shaped). Is made of.

As described above, a basket having a structure in which only a part of the edges of the thin film-shaped plated body is supported is difficult to be contained in a flat unfolded state in which a plurality of thin-film plated bodies are erected.

Therefore, as the thin film-like plated bodies are abnormally bent or deformed during the electroless plating operation, interference phenomenon due to contact may occur frequently, which may be a factor causing excessive defect quality.

In particular, the interference caused by the contact is mostly caused by an abnormally curved or deformed portion of an unsupported portion, that is, an upper portion of the edge of the thin film-shaped plated bodies.

Moreover, in recent years, since thin-film circuit boards such as PCBs are gradually manufactured to be extremely thin (approximately 0.04 millimeters to 0.06 millimeters), they can be more easily bent or deformed in the state contained in the basket side.

Therefore, the conventional baskets which support only a part of the edges of the thin film-like plated bodies as described above frequently generate interference between the thin-film plated bodies during the plating operation, and thus it is difficult to expect satisfactory workability and plating quality.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems,

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a plating basket which improves the problems which may be caused by contact between thin film-formed bodies during an electroless plating operation.

In order to achieve the object as described above,

A basket body having a passage at an upper portion thereof, the basket body being held in a state where the thin film-like plated bodies are erected from above the passage;

A support part comprising support holders formed on the basket body so as to support the lower part and the side part of the thin film-shaped plated bodies in a standing state;

A rotation support part formed of rotation holders configured to support or release a support state from among edges of the thin film-like plated bodies placed on the support part while rotating in a direction of opening or blocking a passage of the basket body;

It provides a plating basket comprising a.

Since the present invention includes a pivot support, the pivot holders of the pivot support portion of the edges of the thin film-formed objects contained on the basket body cannot be supported by the support holder of the support. Easy to support

Therefore, the present invention can be contained in the four edges of the thin film to be stably supported by the support and the rotating support, for example, as the film is abnormally bent or deformed during the electroless plating operation Problems that arise can be improved.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described by those skilled in the art to which the present invention is applicable.

Therefore, since the embodiments of the present invention can be modified in various other forms, the claims of the present invention are not limited to the embodiments described below.

1 and 2 are diagrams schematically showing the external and internal structure of the plating basket according to an embodiment of the present invention, 2 denotes a basket body.

The basket body (2) is formed so that the thin film-like plated material (B) can be contained from top to bottom in the standing state.

That is, the basket body 2 is, for example, by connecting a bar or pipe (metal) or synthetic resin material (bar) or the like (bolting or welding) a space in which the thin film-like plated material (B) can be contained ( S) and the passage S1 is provided above the space S.

The thin film type plated body B refers to, for example, a substrate for manufacturing a printed circuit board (PCB), and a plurality of holes B1 are formed at an edge of the substrate for manufacturing a PCB.

On the basket body 2 a rinse 2a is provided.

The rinsing 2a is, for example, made of a conventional form that can be hooked to the hook side of a hoist (not shown) installed in a plating workshop.

The rinsing 2a may be attached and fixed to the upper portion of the basket body 2 in the same state as in FIG. 1.

According to such a rinsing structure 2a, the basket main body 2 can be easily moved along the work line by hanging the basket main body 2 on the hoist side during the plating operation.

Plating basket according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes a support (4).

The support part 4 serves to support the thin film-shaped plated bodies B to be inserted downward from the upper side of the passage S1 of the basket body 2 so as to be spaced apart in the lateral direction and placed in an upright position.

The support part 4 is composed of support holders H1 formed such that the lower part and the side part (left and right sides) of the thin film-shaped plated bodies B are supported while being fitted.

Referring back to FIG. 1, the support holders H1 are provided with support grooves G1 formed to fit under or edges of the thin film-like plated body B.

The support holders H1 are, for example, the support grooves when moving downward from the passage S1 of the basket body 2 with the thin film-shaped plated bodies B upright, as shown in FIG. 1. The lower edge of the thin film-like plated body B and the side portion of the thin film-like plated body B are fitted to the G1) side to provide a stable support.

That is, the supporting holders H1 are as shown in the drawing so that the support grooves G1 face inwards at the lower side and the side (left and right side) of the basket main body 2 when referring to FIG. 1. Multiple pieces may be installed.

The support grooves G1 are formed at the side of the support holder H1 with a slight distance therebetween so that interference due to contact does not occur when the thin film-shaped plated bodies B are laid out in an upright position.

The support grooves G1 are formed so that the lower part of the edge of the thin film-shaped plated body B or a part of the side part can be smoothly inserted and supported.

The support holders H1 may be made of synthetic resin (eg, Teflon, PVC, PP) having excellent durability and chemical resistance.

According to the structure of the support part 4, when the thin film-like plated bodies B are moved downward from the upper portion of the passage S1 of the basket main body 2, the lower portion of the thin plate-like plated bodies B and the lower portion of the thin plate-like plated bodies B are moved. The side part may be mounted in a standing state while being supported by the support holder H1 side.

Therefore, on the basket body 2 side, as shown in Figure 2, a plurality of thin film-like plated bodies (B) can be contained in a standing state spaced apart laterally.

On the other hand, the plating basket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a rotation support (6).

The pivot support 6 is for supporting or releasing the unsupported portions (upper edges) from the edges of the thin film-like plated bodies B contained on the basket body 2 in a rotational motion. .

3 and 4, the pivot support part 6 may be configured as a pivot holder H2 disposed on the basket body 2 so as to correspond to an upper portion of the edge of the thin film-like plated body B. have.

The rotating holder (H2), the support grooves (G2) are formed on one surface, the support grooves (G2) are spaced apart to correspond to the interval of the thin film-like plated material (B) contained on the basket body (2). do.

The support grooves G2 are formed to be supported while the upper edge of the thin film type plated body B is fitted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the pivot holder H2 may be installed at a plurality of points at the upper portion of the basket body 2 so as to correspond to the uppermost edge of the thin film-like plated bodies B. As illustrated in FIG.

The rotation holder (H2) may be installed on the basket body (2) as well as the rotation operation, so as to enable position adjustment.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the support bar Q1 may be horizontally connected to the upper portion of the basket body 2, and a separate connector Q2 may be installed in a state capable of moving along the support bar Q1. have.

The connector Q2 may include a guide hole Q3 corresponding to the support bar Q1, and the guide hole Q3 may be installed in a state in which the guide hole Q3 is fitted to the support bar Q1.

The pivot holders H2 may be detachably provided to the support bar Q1 in a one-touch manner.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, when an opening is formed at one side of the guide hole Q3 of the connector Q2, even when both ends of the support bar Q1 are fixed to the basket main body 2 side, the opening is formed. By using the openings of the guide holes Q3, the rotation holder H2 can be quickly attached and detached.

According to the structure of the pivot support part 6, as shown in FIG. Can be supported quickly and easily.

Accordingly, the lower part and the side part of the edges of the thin film-shaped plated bodies B may be supported by the support part 4, and the upper edge part thereof may be contained in the basket body 2 while being supported by the pivot support part 6. have.

In particular, by supporting the four edges of the thin film-like plated body (B) with the support 4 and the rotation support 6 as described above it can maintain a flat unfolded state.

Therefore, for example, the thin film-like plated bodies B contained in the basket main body 2 side can be suppressed to the extent that interference due to contact between the plated bodies B is generated as it is abnormally bent or deformed. .

Therefore, the present invention can solve problems that may occur due to interference (contact) between the thin film-like plated bodies B when the plating operation is carried out with the thin-film plated bodies B contained on the basket body 2. Can be.

Plating basket according to an embodiment of the present invention, it further comprises a deflection prevention means (8) for preventing the sagging of the thin film-like plated material (B) erected on the basket body (2). Can be.

5 and 6 are views for explaining the detailed structure and operation of the deflection prevention means (8).

The sag preventing means 8 is configured to prevent sag while holding one side of the thin film-like plated bodies B held in a standing state on the basket body 2 as the engaging contact.

That is, referring to Figure 5, the deflection preventing means 8 may be composed of a locking pin (P) which is fitted in the direction passing through the thin film-shaped plated body (B).

The locking pin P is formed to be fitted in a direction penetrating through the holes B1 of the thin film-shaped to-be-plated bodies B contained in the basket body 2 side, respectively.

Then, the locking pin (P) is set so that both ends on the basket body (2) can be caught by the engaging contact.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, fitting grooves P1 are formed on a side of the holder H1 disposed on the basket main body 2 so that both ends are fitted to the fitting grooves P1. It can be formed so that it can be hung up.

According to the structure of the deflection prevention means (8), the thin film type by inserting the locking pin (P) in the direction passing through the hole (B1) of the thin film-shaped plated bodies (B) located on the basket body (2) The plated bodies (B) can be held.
