Claims (5)
- 요소수가 배기가스와 혼합되어 암모니아로 변환되는 화학반응이 일어나는 반응챔버와, 상기 반응챔버에서 유입된 혼합가스에 포함되어 있는 질소산화물이 촉매와의 탈질반응을 통해 질소로 변환되는 화학반응이 일어나는 반응기를 포함하는 배기가스 탈질시스템에 있어서,상기 반응챔버는 환원제와 배기가스가 짧은 시간 내에 혼합될 수 있도록 하는 다중혼합기를 포함하며,상기 반응기는 촉매가 코팅되어 있으며 혼합가스가 통과할 수 있는 복수의 관통공이 형성되어 있는 촉매필터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원제혼합 및 소음감쇄 구조를 갖는 배기가스 탈질시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다중혼합기는각각 복수의 흐름유도판이 형성되어 있는 제1혼합기와 제2혼합기를 포함하며,상기 복수의 흐름유도판은 상향 경사지게 형성되는 상향흐름유도판과 하향 경사지게 형성되는 하향흐름유도판이 반복적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원제혼합 및 소음감쇄 구조를 갖는 배기가스 탈질시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다중혼합기는각각 상기 제1혼합기와 제2혼합기가 연접하여 형성된 제1혼합기모듈과 제2혼합기모듈을 포함하며,상기 제1혼합기모듈과 제2혼합기모듈을 형성하고 있는 제1혼합기와 제2혼합기의 흐름유도판은 서로 대향되는 위치에 있는 상기 제1혼합기의 흐름유도판과 상기 제2혼합기의 흐름유도판의 경사지는 방향이 반대방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원제혼합 및 소음감쇄 구조를 갖는 배기가스 탈질시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흐름유도판은복수의 중공을 포함하여 상기 중공을 통해 직선방향으로 흐르는 층류가 형성될 수 있도록 함으로써, 흐름유도판을 통해 곡선방향으로 흐르는 와류와 상기 층류가 혼합되어 환원제와 배기가스의 혼합효율을 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원제혼합 및 소음감쇄 구조를 갖는 배기가스 탈질시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매필터부는상기 관통공을 형성하는 측면격판이 물결모양형태로 형성됨으로써, 혼합가스와 촉매의 접촉면적은 유지하면서 관통공의 공간을 크게 확보할 수 있어 차압은 최소화하면서도 소음감쇄효과는 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원제혼합 및 소음감쇄 구조를 갖는 배기가스 탈질시스템.
