Abstract

Description

모듈형 전자 시스템{MODULAR ELECTRONIC SYSTEM}
본 출원은 2008년 7월 1일에 출원된 미국 출원 제61/077,328호의 우선권을 주장하며, 그 내용은 본 명세서에서 참조로서 포함된다.
유체 처리 및 분배 시스템, 및 유사한 관련 제어 시스템의 제어에 있어서, 통상적으로 이러한 시스템은 각 특정 제품 또는 시스템에 대한 맞춤형 제어기를 사용하며, 이는 특히 소량(low volume)의 제품에 대해 고비용을 발생시킨다.

본 설계는 통신, 파워, 공통 부품을 배치할 필요성, 또는, 새로운 전자장치 보드를 끼울 새로운 패키지를 개발해야 할 필요성을 없앨 것이며, 따라서, 추후의 전자장치의 개발 시간을 단축시킬 것이다. 이러한 부품의 배치가 전자 부품의 개발 시간의 대략 60%일 수 있다.
또한, 본 설계는 고장난 보드로 인한 비가동 시간을 감소시킬 것이다. 공통 전자장치 보드(고장날 위험이 가장 높은 보드)와 함께 부품 보드는 그들 고유의 모듈 내에 고립되고, 다른 모듈로 신속하게 교체될 수 있다. 최종 사용자에게 요구되는 유일한 공구는 모듈을 교체하기 위한 엘렌 렌치(allen wrench)일 것이다.

본 설계는 통신, 파워, 공통 부품을 배치할 필요성, 또는, 새로운 전자장치 보드를 끼울 새로운 패키지를 개발해야 할 필요성을 없앨 것이며, 따라서, 추후의 전자장치의 개발 시간을 단축시킬 것이다. 이러한 부품의 배치가 전자 부품의 개발 시간의 대략 60%일 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 제어 모듈이며,
    하우징과 파워/통신 보드를 포함하는 기부 유닛과,
    상기 기부 유닛에 연결되고, 하우징, 공통 보드, 부품 보드, 및 하우징 커버를 포함하는 부품 모듈을 포함하는
    제어 모듈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 부품 보드는, 유체 제어 모듈, 저 파워 온도 제어 모듈, 게이트웨이 모듈 및 USB 모듈로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 고유한 보드인
    제어 모듈.
