본 발명은 스러스터 워터 타이트 구조에 관한 것으로 특히, 벤더 표준 타이트 커버에서 선체 블록 단계 선행 탑재시 선체 구조간의 간섭의 발생을 없앨 수 있는 제거가능한 타입의 볼팅 형태로 구조를 변경하여 리셉터클과 일체화하여 블록단계에서 탑재가능한 스러스터 워터 타이트 구조에 관한 것이다. 커버를 설치하는 방법은 여러 가지가 있으나, 기존의 설치는 리셉터클이 블록에서 설치완료 후 드라이 도크 상태에서 배 아래로 작업자가 커버를 이송 후 도 크 바닥에서 들어올려 작업했었다. 그 이유는 커버 양쪽에 서포트가 붙어있어 위에서 아래로 내릴 경우 날개 부분이 선각과 간섭 발생으로 불가능하기 때문이다. 그런데 워터 타이트 커버(1)가 블록 단계에서 탑재시 선체 구조(5)와 간섭이 생겨 일체화하여 탑재가 불가능한 문제가 있었다. 따라서 리프팅용 서포트(2)가 다른 구조보다 돌출되어 블록 상태에서 탑재가 불가능했었다. 그러므로 다른 부품들은 블록 상태에서 조립을 완료하고, 리프팅용 서포트(2)는 드라이 도크에서 조립했었다.
