Abstract
이를 위하여 본 발명은 식품과 음료수 등에 미네랄성분(Mineral components)을 조정하는 미네랄 조정제(調整劑)를 만드는 방법과 이를 이용하는 방법에 있어서, 해수면에서 수심 200m보다 깊은 해저심층(海底深層)의 해양 심층수(海洋深層水)를 농축하여 소금을 생산하면서 부산물로 생산된 간수(Bittern)를 냉동(冷凍)하여 NaCl성분이 제거된 간수를 생산하는 단계, 상기 NaCl성분이 제거된 간수에 칼슘제를 첨가하여 미네랄밸런스(Mineral balance)를 조정한 다음, 금속착염(金屬錯鹽)을 생성하는 유기산(有機酸)과 비환원당(非還元糖, Non-reducing Sugars)을 첨가하여 미네랄조정제를 만드는 단계와, 상기 미네랄조정제를 식품가공, 용수와 음료수 등에 이용하는 단계로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.

Claims (4)
- 식품가공, 용수와 음료수에 미네랄성분을 조정하는 미네랄조정제를 만드는 데 있어서,
해양 심층수를 농축하여 소금을 생산하면서 부산물로 생산된 간수(苦汁)에 함유되어 있는 NaCl을 1가 양이온선택교환 격막과 1가 음이온선택교환 격막을 사용한 전기투석장치에 의해서 NaCl을 제거하는 공정, 1가 양이온선택교환 격막과 1가 음이온선택교환 격막을 사용한 전기추출장치에 의해서 NaCl을 제거하는 공정 또는 간수를 냉동하여 얼음을 생산하면서 NaCl을 석출·제거하는 공정 중에서 선택된 한가지의 NaCl을 제거하는 공정으로 간수에 함유되어 있는 NaCl이 제거된 간수를 생산하는 단계,
상기의 NaCl이 제거된 간수에 구연산 칼슘(Calcium citrate), 젖산칼슘(Calcium lactate), 판토텐산 칼슘(Calcium pantothenate), 글루콘산 칼슘 (Calcium gluconate) 또는 염화칼슘(Calcium chloride) 중에서 한 종류의 칼슘제를 주입하여 Ca/Mg의 중량비가 2∼6 범위로 미네랄밸런스를 조정한 다음, NaCl이 제거된 간수 100중량 부당 구연산(Citric acid), 구연산염, 주석산(Tartaric acid), 주석산염, 호박산(Succinic acid), 호박산염, 사과산(Malic acid), 사과산염, 말산(Malic acid), 말산염, 푸마르산(Fumaric acid), 푸마르산염, 글루콘산(Gluconic acid), 글루콘산염, 젖산(Lactic acid) 또는 젖산염 중에서 선택된 한 종류를 5∼15중량 부를 가하고, 자당(蔗糖: Sucrose) 또는 트레할로스(Trehalose) 중에서 한 종류를 5∼15중량 부를 가하고, 교반 용해하여 미네랄조정제를 만드는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 해양 심층수로부터 생산된 간수를 이용하여 미네랄조정제를 만드는 방법. - 식품가공, 용수와 음료수에 미네랄성분을 조정하는 미네랄조정제를 만드는 데 있어서, 해양 심층수를 농축하여 소금을 생산하면서 부산물로 생산된 간수(苦汁)에 함유되어 있는 NaCl을 1가 양이온선택교환 격막과 1가 음이온선택교환 격막을 사용한 전기투석장치에 의해서 NaCl을 제거하는 공정, 1가 양이온선택교환 격막과 1가 음이온선택교환 격막을 사용한 전기추출장치에 의해서 NaCl을 제거하는 공정 또는 간수를 냉동하여 얼음을 생산하면서 NaCl을 석출·제거하는 공정 중에서 선택된 한가지의 NaCl을 제거하는 공정으로 간수에 함유되어 있는 NaCl이 제거된 간수를 미네랄조정제로 이용하는 방법.
