Abstract
Description
도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 2개의 풀리와 구동 벨트를 구비한 연속 가변 트랜스미션을 개략적으로 부분 단면으로 도시한다.
도 2는 공지의 구동 벨트의 단면을 도시한다.
도 3은 트랜스미션의 풀리와 구동 벨트 사이의 마찰 접촉을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 트랜스미션 풀리의 가능한 활주면 윤곽을 그래프로 도시한다.
Claims (7)
- 구동 풀리(1), 및 둘레에 구동 벨트(3)가 배열되는 피동 풀리(2)를 구비한 자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션으로서, 상기 구동 벨트(3)는 적어도 트랜스 미션이 작동할 시 2개의 풀리(1, 2)의 2개의 실질적으로 원추형인 풀리 쉬브들(4, 5) 사이에 클램핑되고, 각 쉬브(4, 5)의 원추면(10)은 각각의 풀리(1, 2)의 중심 축(9)을 포함하는 단면에서 볼록하게 만곡된 윤곽을 구비한, 자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션에 있어서,
구동 풀리(1)의 풀리 쉬브(4, 5)의 원추면(10)의 볼록한 윤곽의 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 반경방향 외향 방향으로 감소하고, 피동 풀리(2)의 풀리 쉬브(4, 5)의 원추면(10)의 볼록한 윤곽의 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 반경방향 외향 방향으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항에 있어서,
구동 풀리(1)와 관련된 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 전체 반경 치수를 따라 2 내지 3 인수만큼 감소되는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
피동 풀리(2)와 관련된 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 전체 반경 치수를 따라 1.5 내지 2 인자만큼 증가되는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구동 풀리(1)와 관련된 최소 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 피동 풀리(2)와 관련된 최소 부분 곡률 반경(R10)보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구동 풀리(1)와 관련된 최대 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 피동 풀리(2)와 관련된 최대 부분 곡률 반경(R10)보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
피동 풀리(2)와 관련된 최소 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 구동 풀리(1)와 관련된 최대 부분 곡률 반경(R10)보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는
자동차용 연속 가변 트랜스미션. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구동 풀리(1)와 피동 풀리(2)의 풀리 쉬브(4, 5)의 원추면(10)의 볼록한 윤곽의 부분 곡률 반경(R10)은 전체 반경 치수를 따라 500㎜ 내지 2500㎜의 범위 내의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
