Claims (3)
- 원형으로 구성되고 내부 중앙에 밸브 핀에 체결되며, 밸브 핀의 상하작동에 의하여 수지가 사출되는 노즐,상기 노즐의 하단부에는 체결되어 금형의 캐비티와 접하는 팁,상기 노즐의 외부에 체결되어 노즐의 내부에 있는 수지가 고화되는 것을 방지하는 히터에 있어서,상기 노즐(1)을 타원형으로 구성하며, 노즐(1)의 내부에 수지가 이동되는 유로(2)와 밸브 핀(3)이 작동되는 작동 홀(4)을 따로 두어 구성하되 유로(2)와 작동 홀(4)의 끝 부분이 만나도록 하여 밸브 핀(3)의 작동과 수지의 유동이 간섭되지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기용 밸브 노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 노즐(1)을 타원형으로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기용 밸브 노즐.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수지가 이동되는 유로(12)와 밸브핀이 작동되는 작동홀(14)을 각각 구성하되 노즐의 끝 부분에 팁(15)을 노즐(1)과 일체로 구성하며, 팁(15)의 내부에서 수지가 이동되는 유로(12)와 밸브핀이 작동되는 작동홀(14)이 만나도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기용 밸브 노즐.
