Claims (13)
- 베이스와, 상호 이격된 상태로 상기 베이스를 관통하도록 마련된 한 쌍의 리드와이어와, 상기 베이스의 일측 상기 리드와이어의 일단 사이를 연결하도록 마련된 퓨징소자와, 열경화성수지를 통해 마련되어 상기 퓨징소자와 상기 베이스 일측 리드와이어를 내부에 수용하도록 상기 베이스에 결합되는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 사출성형시 상기 베이스에 일체로 결합되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 퓨징소자의 위치에 대응하는 부위의 상기 베이스에는 상기 커버 내부와 외부를 연통시키는 관통홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베이스는 열경화성수지로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 성형 후 상기 베이스에 결합되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 베이스는 열가소성수지로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 커버는 일단이 개방된 중공의 통형상으로 마련되어 개방된 일단이 상기 베이스의 테두리를 감싸도록 상기 베이스에 압입되게 결합되며,상기 베이스는 상기 커버와의 결합시 상기 커버의 변형을 흡수하여 억제시키도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 베이스의 테두리에는 상기 베이스 테두리의 수축을 유도하기 위한 수축유도홈이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 커버는 일단이 개방된 중공의 통형상으로 마련되어 개방된 일단이 상기 베이스의 테두리를 감싸도록 상기 베이스에 결합되며,상기 커버의 개방된 일단과 상기 베이스의 테두리는 나사방식으로 결합된 것 을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버 내부의 상기 리드와이어가 상기 커버의 내벽 쪽으로 기우어질 경우 상기 퓨징소자가 상기 커버의 내벽에 접촉될 수 있도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈.
- 베이스와, 상호 이격된 상태로 상기 베이스를 관통하도록 마련된 한 쌍의 리드와이어와, 상기 베이스의 일측 상기 리드와이어의 일단 사이를 연결하도록 마련된 퓨징소자와, 상기 퓨징소자와 상기 베이스 일측 리드와이어를 내부에 수용하도록 상기 베이스에 결합되는 커버를 구비하는 소형퓨즈를 제조하기 위해퓨징소자를 통해 상호 연결된 한 쌍의 리드와이어를 상기 베이스에 설치하는 준비단계와,상기 퓨징소자와 상기 퓨징소자 쪽 베이스를 사출금형의 캐비티 내부로 노출시킨 상태에서 상기 캐비티 내부로 상기 커버를 형성하기 위한 열경화성수지 용융액을 주입하여 상기 커버를 상기 베이스와 일체로 결합되도록 사출하는 사출단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 퓨징소자의 위치에 대응하는 부위의 상기 베이스에는 상기 캐비티와 상 기 베이스 외부를 연통시키는 관통홀이 형성되고,상기 사출단계에서는 상기 관통홀을 통해 상기 캐비티 내부로 공기를 주입하여 상기 퓨징소자 주변으로 상기 열경화성수지 용융액이 근접하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 사출금형에는 상기 열경화성수지 용융액의 주입을 위한 주입구가 형성되고, 상기 주입구는 상기 열경화성수지 용융액이 상기 퓨징소자 쪽으로 직접 분사되는 것을 방지하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형퓨즈의 제조방법.
