Claims (7)
- 중량%로, C: 0.02~0.22%, Si: 2.5~4.0%, Mn: 2.5~3.5%, Al: 0.02%이하, Cr: 0.01~0.1%, P: 0.02%이하, Ti: 0.005~0.02%, B: 5~20ppm, Sb: 0.01~0.03%, S: 0.008%이하, N: 0.006%이하를 포함하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 조성되며 미세조직은 잔류 오스테나이트 분율 3~5%, 베이나이트 분율 25~55%, 마르텐사이트 분율 5% 이하를 포함하는 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 잔류 오스테나이트의 평균 결정립도가 5㎛이하인 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 냉연강판은 780~1300MPa의 인장강도, 연신율 12%이상인 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 냉연강판은 용융 아연도금층을 포함하는 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판.
- 중량%로, C: 0.02~0.22%, Si: 2.5~4.0%, Mn: 2.5~3.5%, Al: 0.02%이하, Cr: 0.01~0.1%, P: 0.02%이하, Ti: 0.005~0.02%, B: 5~20ppm, Sb: 0.01~0.03%, S: 0.008%이하, N: 0.006%이하를 포함하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 슬라브를 1150~1250℃의 온도범위로 가열하여 880~920℃의 온도범위에서 열간 마무리 압연을 하는 단계;상기 열간압연된 열연강판을 1초 이내에 냉각을 개시하여 10~30℃/sec의 냉각속도로 마르텐사이트 변태개시온도(Ms)+20℃이상에서 베이나이트 변태개시온도(Bs) 이하의 온도범위까지 냉각한 후 권취하는 단계;상기 권취된 열연강판을 산세처리하는 단계;상기 산세처리된 열연강판을 냉간압하율 20~60%의 범위로 냉간압연하는 단계; 및상기 냉간압연한 냉연강판을 720~880℃의 온도에서 60초 이상 연속소둔한 다음, 10~200℃/sec의 속도로 냉각후 250~350℃의 온도에서 60초 이상 유지한 후 최종 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 열연강판은 그 미세조직이 10~30%의 페라이트와 70% 이상의 베이나이트로 이루어지도록 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서, 추가적으로 상기 냉연강판을 용융 아연도금하는 단계를 포함하는 점용접 특성 및 내지연파괴 특성이 우수한 냉연강판의 제조방법.
