Claims (4)
- 스프링의 성형을 위한 코일링장치 및 가열로를 준비하는 준비단계;소정의 길이를 가지는 소재가 가열로로 이송되는 소재이송단계;상기 소재의 일부분이 상기 가열로에서 순간적으로 가열되는 가열단계;상기 가열단계를 통과하는 소재가 상기 코일링장치에 의해 권선되어 스프링으로 성형되는 코일링단계;상기 스프링이 담금질 및 뜨임 열처리되는 열처리단계;상기 열처리된 스프링이 쇼트피닝되는 쇼트피닝단계;상기 쇼트피닝이 완료된 스프링의 영구변형을 감소시키는 셋팅단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 스프링 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코일링단계에서 상기 이송단계가 일부 진행되어, 소재는 가열로에 이송되며 동시에 코일링장치에서 권선되는 스프링 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코일링단계와 열처리단계 사이에 요구되는 성형품의 크기로 스프링의 단부를 가공하는 스프링 가공단계가 포함되는 스프링 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소재이송단계 전에 제조되는 스프링의 형상 및 크기에 대응되도록 상기 코일링장치에서 소재가 권선되는 심봉이 변경장착되는 스프링 제조방법.
