Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air-circulating electric frying pan, in particular, in the process of roasting meat such as meat or fish by a heated roasting plate, a high temperature heat is easily combined with air through a gap space formed between the edge of the roasting plate and the wall of the guide plate.
