Abstract
The present invention relates to an air circulation electric frying pan equipped with a heater that generates heat by electricity.
An air circulation electric frying pan according to the present invention includes: an upper case and a lower case which are assembled together to form a space therein; A guide plate disposed in a space formed by the upper case and the lower case, and having an opening formed in a center of the concave bottom and having a plurality of vents formed in a wall extending around the bottom; An oil sump attached to the bottom of the guide plate to surround the opening and receiving oil falling from the opening; A heater disposed in the guide plate and heating the roasting plate disposed thereon; And a fan disposed inside the lower case to introduce air above the roasting plate to the lower case through the air vent and then circulate back to the roasting plate.
Description
The present invention relates to a frying pan, and more particularly, to an air circulation electric frying pan equipped with a heater that generates electricity by electricity.
In general, homes and restaurants are provided with an electric frying pan consisting of a flat frying pan and an electric heater for heating the frying pan.
When cooking meat such as meat or fish using this electric frying pan, a large amount of oil and water splashes or evaporates. However, conventional electric frying pans are not equipped with any device that can effectively prevent a large amount of oil or water from splashing or evaporating around the electric frying pan when grilling the meat.
Therefore, the conventional electric frying pan has a problem of polluting the surroundings by splashing or evaporating a large amount of water or oil generated during cooking.
In addition, the conventional electric frying pan also has a problem that the smell and smoke diffuses into the room when the indoor air is seriously polluted.
Furthermore, the conventional electric frying pan has a problem that the cooking time is delayed as the heat of the grill is released to the outside during cooking, thereby increasing power consumption.
In one embodiment of the present invention, an upper case and a lower case which are assembled to each other to form a space therein; A guide plate disposed in a space formed by the upper case and the lower case, and having an opening formed in a center of the concave bottom and having a plurality of vents formed in a wall extending around the bottom; An oil sump attached to the bottom of the guide plate to surround the opening and receiving oil falling from the opening; A heater disposed in the guide plate and heating the roasting plate disposed thereon; And a fan disposed inside the lower case and configured to introduce air above the roasting plate to the lower case through the air vent and then circulate back to the roasting plate.
In the air circulation type electric frying pan of one embodiment of the present invention, the oil receiving plate may be integrally formed with the guide plate.
According to the present invention, the smell or smoke, oil and moisture, and heat generated when cooking using the baking sheet do not diffuse to the outside. Therefore, the present invention can minimize the pollution of the surrounding air and the indoor air that can be generated during cooking, there is an effect that can reduce the consumption of power.
According to the present invention, the guide plate and the oil stand may be integrally formed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the manufacturing process is simplified and the productivity is improved.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention in which the above object can be specifically realized are described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
