Abstract

PURPOSE: A guide device for connecting concrete piles is provided to safely and conveniently arrange an upper pile on a lower pile without a worker's manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A guide device(10) for connecting concrete piles comprises a pair of fastening bands(20a,20b), a hinge part, binding parts(23), and a guide part(24). The fastening bands are divided to be detachably attached on the top surface of a lower pile(F1). The hinge part unfolds the fastening bands in a radial direction of the pile. The binding parts fix the fastening bands to the lower pile. The guide part guides an upper pile(F2) to be moved on the lower pile.

Description

Guide device for concrete file connection {GUIDER FOR CONCRETE FILE}

The present invention relates to a guide device for connecting concrete piles to be placed in the ground to reinforce the soft ground, more specifically, to easily align the upper pile on the lower pile when further connecting the other concrete pile on the upper side of the lower concrete pile It relates to a guide device for connecting concrete piles.

Concrete piles are used to firmly support civil and structural loads by embedding concrete piles to reach a solid foundation (rock layer) to firmly build civil structures or structures built on soft ground.

As described above, the concrete pile has a steel wire embedded therein at predetermined intervals so as to transmit the weight of the building to the ground so that civil works and buildings can be safely constructed on the soft ground. Therefore, the concrete pile is usually constructed by hitting or embedding the concrete pile to the rock layer in the ground after the foundation trench.

The concrete pile used for the purpose as described above is manufactured in a certain length of the pile due to the limitation of the loading length during transportation, and in use, by further connecting the other pile to the concrete pile having a certain length. In other words, the concrete pile is connected vertically to another pile on the pile hitting the ground, and the joints of the two piles are welded to each other.

However, when the two concrete piles are connected when the axis of the upper concrete pile does not coincide with the axis of the lower concrete pile, the outer diameters of the two piles are connected to each other so that the upper pile is properly aligned with the lower pile.

For example, in the work site, as shown in Figure 1 using the crane lifts the upper concrete pile (F2) and placed vertically on the lower pile (F1) after welding the joints of the two piles, but before welding To align the outer diameter of the two piles, the worker pushes the concrete pile suspended in the air to the shoulder to align the outer diameter of the lower pile F1 and the outer diameter of the upper pile F2. While the worker's pile is being pushed down, the crane must be lowered to seat the upper pile on the lower pile.

Recently, in order to easily connect concrete piles, when manufacturing concrete piles, grooves are symmetrically provided at the connection portions of the two piles, and when connecting the piles, a technique of connecting two piles by inserting jig pieces at both grooves has also been disclosed. However, since the groove portion as described above is not provided in the general-purpose concrete pile, and the groove portion cannot be provided in the cured concrete pile, it cannot be employed in the general-purpose concrete pile and there is little effectiveness.

Therefore, the most common connection method for connecting a general-purpose concrete pile, even though the connection method by welding is still commonly used to date, as described above, the problem has not been solved until now.

An object of the present invention was invented to improve the problems as described above, to provide a guide device for connecting files for easy and secure alignment of the upper file to the lower file in further connecting the other file to the upper part of the lower file. have.

The problem of the guide device for concrete pile connection according to the present invention,

In order to further connect the upper concrete pile to the lower concrete pile embedded in the ground to support the load of civil engineering or building that is built on the soft ground, a pair of split to be attached and detached around the upper circumferential surface of the lower concrete pile A fastening band and a hinge part for deploying two fastening bands are attached to one side of the interface where the two fastening bands contact each other, and the other boundary face binds or fastens the two fastening bands so that the two fastening bands closely adhere to the circumference of the lower pile. A fastening housing having a fastening unit for disengaging the door;

Attached to the pair of fastening bands, respectively, can be achieved by the configuration of the guide blade having a funnel shape so that the lower end of the upper pile moves in the axial direction of the lower pile when the upper pile is lowered.

According to the present invention, the guide device for connecting the pile is mounted on the upper portion of the lower concrete pile and then lowering the upper concrete pile on the lower concrete pile, the lower end of the upper pile is moved toward the center of the lower pile by the guide blade of the funnel shape The outer diameter of the upper pile is aligned with the outer diameter of the lower pile.

When the upper pile is seated on the lower pile, remove the guide for connecting the pile from the lower pile and weld the joints of the upper and lower concrete piles to connect the two piles.

Therefore, in the present invention, in aligning the upper file onto the lower file by the crane, the operator can easily and easily align the file without physically aligning the file.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, a guide device for file connection according to the present invention will be described in detail.

2 to 4b, Figure 2 is a perspective view illustrating a hinge portion of the concrete pile connection guide device according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating an installation example of the guide device for concrete pile connection according to the present invention. 4A and 4B are cross-sectional views illustrating before and after alignment of a pile by a guide device for connecting a concrete pile according to the present invention.

Guide device 10 for connecting files according to the present invention is a pair of fastening bands (20a) divided to be detachable and attached to the upper circumferential surface of the lower pile (F1), as shown in Figure 2 and 4a 20b (hereinafter referred to as a 'fastening housing 20'), a hinge portion 22 for deploying a pair of fastening bands in the radial direction of the pile, and a pair of fastening bands 20a and 20b. The binding portion 23 and the upper pile to bind the two fastening bands 20a and 20b or to release the two fastening bands 20a and 20b to be fixed to or separated from the lower pile F1. It is composed of a guide portion 24 for inducing (F2) to be moved above the lower pile (F1).

The fastening bands 20a and 20b have a semicircular shape divided into two pieces and are attached to the circumferential surface of the lower pile F1 by two fastening bands 20a and 20b.

The hinge portion 22 allows the two fastening bands 20a and 20b to be deployed in the radial direction of the lower pile F1, and the two fastening bands 20a and the two fastening bands 20a ( 20b) is fixed to the circumferential surface of the lower pile F1 by a fastening force.

The binding unit 23 is to fasten the two fastening bands 20a, 20b to be in close contact with the circumferential surface of the lower pile (F1) or to separate and fasten the fastening bands (20a, 20b) from the lower pile (F1) As a configuration for, the locking jaw (23a) is attached to the outer wall of the fastening band on one side, the locker for fastening the fastening jaw (23a) and the two fastening bands (20a, 20b) to the outer wall of the opposite fastening band to bind to each other ( 23b) is attached.

In the present invention, it is exemplified by employing a well-known band-type fastening unit (test device), and can be replaced by a well-known clasp holder having a different configuration.

The guide portion 24 is composed of a pair of guide wings (24a, 24b) attached to each of the fastening bands (20a, 20b), each of the guide vanes (24a, 24b) has two fastening bands ( When 20a) and 20b are bound together, they are assembled like a funnel shape.

Guide portion 24 is rotated around the hinge portion 23 when the two fastening bands (20a, 20b) are separated, the opening width of the open fastening band is greater than the outer diameter of the concrete pile to the circumference of the lower pile Since the fastening band can be detachably attached, some notches 24c are formed between the two guide vanes 24a and 24b disposed on the hinge 23 side so that the width of the opening of the fastening band can be sufficiently opened.

Guide device for concrete pile connection of the present invention configured as described above is assembled to the upper portion of the lower concrete pile by the binding portion, and then slowly lowers the upper pile using a crane (not shown in the drawing) to the upper portion of the lower pile. If so, the lower end of the upper pile can be moved toward the center along the inclined surface of the guide vane so that the upper pile can be easily aligned on the lower pile.
