Referring to fig. 9, the guide 4 is composed of a left mounting portion 41 and a right mounting portion 42, and the left mounting portion 41 and the right mounting portion 42 are arranged in bilateral symmetry. In the present embodiment, the height of the guide 4 is 0.7 m.
The guide device 4 has a third stopper hole 43 penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the guide device 4 and allowing the movable steel-pipe pile 2 to pass through. The third limit hole 43 is composed of a limit left hole slot 411 provided in the left mounting portion 41 and a limit right hole slot 421 provided in the right mounting portion 42.
The third position-limiting hole 43 includes a guide hole 431 and a positioning hole 432 in this order from top to bottom. The guide hole 431 is a taper hole, the aperture of the guide hole 431 is gradually reduced along the direction from top to bottom, and the aperture of the bottom end of the guide hole 431 is consistent with that of the guide hole 431.
Referring to fig. 6 and 9, the aperture of the positioning hole 432 is consistent with the outer diameter of the movable steel-pipe pile 2 at the positioning section 22, so that the movable steel-pipe pile 2 is inserted into the third limiting hole 43 of the guiding device 4 from top to bottom, and when the positioning section 22 of the movable steel-pipe pile 2 is matched with the positioning hole 432, the positioning accuracy of the movable steel-pipe pile 2 on the guiding device 4 is improved.
The guiding device 4 is further provided with a guiding through slot 46 for the two movable locking parts 25 of the movable steel-pipe pile 2 to pass through. The two guiding through grooves 46 are respectively arranged in the middle of the limiting left hole groove 411 and the limiting right hole groove 421.
The guide through groove 46 vertically penetrates through the upper and lower surfaces of the spacing block 3. The width of the guiding through groove 46 is gradually cut off along the vertical downward direction, and the two side walls of the guiding through groove 46 are symmetrically arranged and form an included angle of 83 degrees with the horizontal plane.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the guide 4 is detachably mounted on the top surface of the stopper. The guide device 4 has an installation through hole 47 corresponding to the installation screw hole 36 at the top end of the limit seat 3, and an installation column 51 inserted into the installation through hole 47 is installed at the top end of the limit seat 3 through screw threads. The bottom of the mounting column 51 is provided with a first mounting stud 511 matched with the mounting screw hole 36, the top of the mounting column 51 is provided with a second mounting stud 512, and the second mounting stud 512 is provided with a mounting nut 52 for pressing the guide device 4 on the top surface of the limiting device. Wherein the outer diameter of the mounting post 51 and the inner diameter of the mounting through hole 47 are kept uniform. In the present embodiment, the left mounting portion 41 and the right mounting portion 42 of the guide 4 each have two mounting through holes 47.
When the guiding device 4 is installed on the top surface of the limiting device, the third limiting hole 43 of the guiding device 4 is right opposite to the second limiting hole 32 of the limiting device, the two guiding through grooves 46 of the guiding device 4 are right opposite to the buckling hole 34 and the second limiting groove 35 respectively, so that the movable steel pipe pile 2 passing through the guiding device 4 from top to bottom can normally enter the second limiting hole 32 of the limiting device, the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 close to the Larsen steel plate pile 1 is buckled with the fixed locking part of the Larsen steel plate pile 1, and the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 far away from the Larsen steel plate pile 1 is normally inserted into the second limiting groove 35.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a construction method of a steel pipe pile in a combined pile in a PC construction method includes the following steps:
s1, leveling the construction site, and installing the limiting device at the Larsen steel sheet pile 1 by using a crane, so that the part of the Larsen steel sheet pile 1 extending out of the ground is inserted into the first limiting hole 31 of the limiting device;
s2, hoisting the movable steel pipe pile 2 by using a pile driver, enabling the movable steel pipe pile 2 to be located above the second limiting hole 32 of the limiting device, adjusting the circumferential angle of the movable steel pipe pile 2, enabling the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 to be opposite to the fixed locking part of the Larsen steel plate pile 1 close to the second limiting hole 32, gradually lowering the movable steel pipe pile 2, and enabling the bottom end of the movable steel pipe pile 2 to be inserted into the second limiting hole 32;
s3, after the bottom of the movable steel pipe pile 2 is abutted to the ground, the movable steel pipe pile 2 is pressed down by using a pile driver, and when the bottom end of the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 is 2 meters away from the top surface of the limiting device, the movable steel pipe pile 2 stops being pressed down;
mounting the mounting post 51 on the limiting device, sequentially mounting the left mounting part 41 and the right mounting part 42 of the guide device 4 on the limiting device by using a crane, and respectively fixing the left mounting part 41 and the right mounting part 42 on the top surface of the limiting device by using mounting nuts 52;
coating a layer of lubricating grease on the outer surface of the movable steel pipe pile 2, continuously pressing the movable steel pipe pile 2 by using a pile driver, and after the positioning section 22 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 enters the positioning hole 432 of the guide device 4, under the matching of the positioning hole 432 and the positioning section 22, the positioning precision of the movable steel pipe pile 2 in the horizontal direction is improved;
along with the movable steel pipe pile 2 is pressed down by the pile driver, the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe pile 2 enters the guide through groove 46 of the guide device 4, and under the guide action of the two side walls of the guide through groove 46, the movable steel pipe pile 2 rotates in the circumferential direction, so that the movable locking parts 25 on the two sides of the movable steel pipe pile 2 are respectively opposite to the buckling hole 34 of the limiting device and the second limiting hole 32;
after the movable locking part 25 of the movable steel pipe part is buckled with the fixed locking part of the Larsen steel sheet pile 1, the guide device 4 is detached from the top surface of the limiting device;
and S4, driving the movable steel pipe pile 2 to a designed elevation by using a pile driver, and removing the limiting device.
Example 2:
a construction method of a steel pipe pile in a combined pile of a PC construction method is a construction method of splicing a movable steel pipe pile 2 to a front pile which is already installed and fixed on the ground. In this embodiment, the structure of the limiting device is the same as that of embodiment 1 except that the front pile is a fixed steel pipe pile, and the structure of the limiting device is different from that of embodiment 1.
The structure of the fixed steel pipe pile is identical to that of the movable steel sheet pile in example 1, and is fixed to the ground. Wherein, the lock catch parts on the two lock catch strips 24 for fixing the steel pipe pile are fixed lock catch parts.
Referring to fig. 11, the structure of the position limiting device is the same as that of the position limiting device of embodiment 1 except that the structure of the position limiting device at the first position limiting hole 31 is different from that of the position limiting device of embodiment 1. In this embodiment, the first limiting hole 31 is a circular hole that is engaged with the locking section 21 for fixing the steel pipe pile.

Claims (9)

1. A construction method of a steel pipe pile in a combined pile based on a PC construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, mounting a limiting device on the front pile; the limiting device is provided with a first limiting hole (31) for limiting the horizontal displacement of the front pile and a second limiting hole (32) for limiting the horizontal displacement of the movable steel pipe pile (2) to be installed; the front pile is provided with a fixed locking part (13); the movable steel pipe pile (2) sequentially comprises a locking section (21) and an extension section (23) from top to bottom, two lock strips (24) which are bilaterally symmetrical relative to the movable steel pipe pile (2) are arranged on the outer side wall of the locking section (21) of the movable steel pipe pile (2), the two lock strips (24) are circumferentially spaced by 180 degrees and are parallel to the axis of the movable steel pipe pile (2), and the lock strips (24) are provided with movable lock catch parts (25) matched with the fixed lock catch parts (13) of the front pile; s2, after the movable steel pipe pile (2) is lifted by using a pile driver, adjusting the circumferential angle of the movable steel pipe pile (2) to enable the movable locking part (25) of the movable steel pipe pile (2) to be opposite to the fixed locking part (13) of the front pile, gradually lowering the movable steel pipe pile (2) to enable the bottom end of the movable steel pipe pile (2) to be inserted into the second limiting hole (32); s3, when the bottom of the movable steel pipe pile (2) is abutted against the ground, a pile driver is used for pressing down the movable steel pipe pile (2) so that the movable locking part (25) of the movable steel pipe pile (2) is locked with the fixed locking part (13) of the front pile; and S4, driving the movable steel pipe pile (2) to a designed elevation by using a pile driver.

The construction method of the steel pipe pile in the combined pile constructed by the PC construction method according to claim 1, wherein the movable steel pipe pile (2) is provided with at least three movable limiting planes at the second limiting hole (32) for being matched with the outer side wall of the movable steel pipe pile (2).

The construction method of the steel pipe pile in the combined pile constructed by the PC construction method according to claim 1, wherein the front pile is a Larsen steel plate pile (1), and the limiting device is provided with a first plane (311) attached to a web (11) of the Larsen steel plate pile (1), two second planes (312) respectively attached to two side plates (12) of the Larsen steel plate pile (1) and a third plane (313) against which two fixing lock catch parts (13) of the Larsen steel plate pile (1) abut simultaneously in the first limiting hole (31).
4. The construction method of the steel pipe pile in the PC method combined pile according to claim 1, wherein the front pile is a fixed steel pipe pile, and the first limiting hole (31) is a circular hole matched with the fixed steel pipe pile.
