Claims (7)
- 닥나무 껍질 체취 단계와,닥나무 세절 단계와,상기 닥나무를 1~2일동안 물에 담그어 불린 다음 2~3시간 삶는 단계와,삶아진 닥나무에서 흑피와 백피를 박피시키는 단계와,백피를 건조시키는 단계와,잿물에 백피를 5~6시간 동안 삶아 백피를 표백하는 단계와,흐르는 물에 표백한 백피를 씻어 낸 후 2~3일 담수에 담그어 주면서 햇빛에 노출시켜 백피에서 잿물을 탈수시키는 단계와,상기 백피를 실사 형태로 찢는 단계와,닥풀뿌리를 으깨어 짜낸 물에 풀을 투입하여 점성을 갖는 접착액체를 제조하고, 여기에 백피실사를 넣어 접착액체가 도포되도록 하는 단계와,적어도 하나 이상의 백피실사를 꼬아 환형의 고리로 제조하는 단계와,상기 고리의 외주연에 복수의 백피실사의 한 쪽을 연결하여 방사형 백피실사를 제조하는 단계와,전등갓 형태를 갖는 틀의 상부에 고리를 배치하여 상기 틀 상부에서 하부 외주연으로 백피실사가 수직하향으로 덮히도록 한 다음 틀에 백피실사를 접착시키는 단계와,상기 백피실사를 건조하여 틀에서 백피실사로 이루어진 한지 전등갓을 제조 하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 백피실사를 틀에 접착하는 단계에서 틀 외주연을 감싸는 백피실사의 하부를 적어도 하나 이상의 다른 개소 백피실사를 꼬아 만든 마감고리와 매듭 연결하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 틀에 방사형 백피실사 접합시키는 단계는 적어도 1회 이상 행할 수 있도록 하는 것이 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 틀에 방사형 백피실사를 접합하는 단계에서 1회 이상 접합되는 각각의 방사형 백피실사는 사선 방향으로 상호 엇갈리게 접합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방사형 백피실사를 접합하기 전 틀 표면과 상기 방사형 백피실사를 접합 후 건조하기 전 방사형 백피실사의 표면에 방염재를 도포하는 것이 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방사형 백피실사는 5 ~ 7시간 열풍 건조하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 한지 전등갓 및 이의 제조 방법.
- 상기와 같이 제 1항 내지 제 6항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 한지 전등갓.
