Claims (5)
- 내부 공간을 갖는 케이스;상기 케이스의 내부에 고정되어 구비되되, 내측의 이동홀에 분극선을 갖는 자기장이 형성되도록 선택적으로 전류가 흐르는 코일이 외부면에 권선되는 보빈; 및상기 보빈의 상기 이동홀에 이동가능하게 구비되되, 하부에 상기 분극선 측으로 이동되어 자기 평형으로 완충되는 상자성체가 구비되는 플런저를 포함하여 이루어지는 솔레노이드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플런저의 하측에는 상기 전류가 차단되면 상기 상자성체가 복원되도록 자력이 작용되는 영구자석이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플런저는 일체로 사출형성되되,상단부에 상기 보빈의 상단에 걸림되고 상기 케이스의 상부 공간에 완충되는 걸림부와,하단부에 상기 케이스의 하측으로 선택적으로 돌출되고 내폐된 돌출부와,내측에 상기 보빈의 길이에 대응되고 저면에 상기 상자성체가 삽입고정되는 수용부를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보빈의 상단에는 상기 걸림부의 걸림으로 인한 충격을 완화하도록 상기 걸림부의 하면에 대응되는 연질의 완충부재가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코일, 상기 상자성체 및 상기 영구자석는 자기의 극성이 동일하게 배치되되, 상기 영구자석이 상기 상자성체를 중심으로 상기 분극선과의 거리보다 먼 거리의 자력범위 내에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 장치.
