Abstract

본 발명은 종이(폐지)와 볏짚을 이용하여, 인체에 해롭지 않고 환경 오염에도 지장이 없는 친환경 보온 단열재에 관한 것이다.

종이(폐지)와 볏짚을 이용한 친환경 보온 단열재{omitted}
종이(폐지)와 볏짚은 자연적인 것으로서 인체에 해가되지 않고 환경오염 에 피해를 주지 않으며, 볏짚은 보온효과가 뛰어나 옛 날부터 지붕과 생활 주변에의 것에 사용을 해왔다, 종이는 버려지는 폐지를 태워 없애지 않고, 재활용하여 자연보호 및 깨끗한 환경을 만들 수 있다. 물에 풀어져 굳어지면 서로 뭉쳐지는 성질이 있어, 볏짚과 함께 혼합하여 보온단열의 효과를 높이도록 하였다.
사람들이 살고 있는 집과 건물에 사용하는 보온 단열재(일명 스치로폴) 는 외국에서 들여온 기술로, 화학원료로 만들어 인체에 해로운 환경 호로몬 을 방출하여 피부염 및 두통 그 밖의 피해를 준다. 또한 주위에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 쓰레기 들 도, 같은 원료 로 만든 것 으로 심각한 환경오염의 주범 이 되어있다.
이를 개선하기 위해 고안한 것이다.
현재 보온 단열재로 사용되고 있는 것은 외국에서 들여온 기술로, 화학원료 를 이용하여 만들기 때문에 환경 호로몬 방출 및 인체에 해로운 것으로, 심각한 환 경오염의 주범이기도 하다.
우리들 주변에 쉽게 볼 수 있는 종이(폐지)는 인체에 해가 되지 않는 나무 재질이며, 수확이 끝나고 남은 볏짚도 자연적인 것이기 때문에 인체에 해가되지 않는다. 이 두 가지를 혼합하여 화학약품을 전혀 쓰지 않고 우리의 기술로 만들어 더 나은 제품을 만들 수 있다. 또, 환경오염도 줄여 깨끗한 환경을 만드는 데에도 도움을 준다.
종이(폐지)는 버려진 것을 재활용 하여 깨끗한 환경을 만들 수 있고 보온 단열재는 인체에 무해한 원료(재료)로 만들어 안심하고 사용할 수 있다. 또한 우리의 기술로 만들어 널리 보급 수 있다.
[도 1]을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다
그림(a) 는 완성 제품으로,(a)-(1)은 보통 보온단열재 와 모양이 같고 그림(a)-(1)은 앞뒤 가 구분되어 있으며, 그림(b)처럼 한쪽 옆면에 는 구멍이 나있어 그림(c)에서처럼 공기의 냉기가 한 번에 침투 하지 못하도록 구멍을 만들어 냉기가 끊겨 공간에서 맴 돌게 하여 보온의 효과를 높였으며 완충의 효과도 있다. 그림(e) 는 단열재를 만들기 위한 틀 이며, (2)-(1)은 구멍을 만들기 위한 봉이다.(f)는 단열재 원료를 틀에 붇고 뚜껑을 닫았을 때의 도면이고 (f)-(2)는 틀 뚜껑이다. 제조방법은 다음과 같다. (1)먼저 볏짚을 5∼10cm정도의 크기로 불규칙하 게 썰어 놓는 다. (2)종이(폐지)를 2∼3번의 과정을 거쳐 점점 작게 자른 다. (3)자른 종이(폐지)를 통 에 넣고 물 에 불려 퍼지게 한다. 이 과정에서 물을 뜨겁게 하여 살균 및 종이가 잘 퍼지도록 한다. (4)종이(폐지)가 퍼지면, 썰어놓은 볏짚을 알맞은 비율로 넣고 혼합한다. (5)혼합한 원료를 꺼내 틀에 붙고 뚜껑을 닫는다. (6)떨림 모터 를 작동시켜 탈수 및 원료가 틀 안에 골고루 퍼지도록 한다. (7)건조 시킨다. 이때 어느 정도 건조가 되면 봉을 빼어낸다. (8)완전 건조시키면 완성

Claims (1)

  1. 우리들 주변에 쉽게 볼 수 있는 종이(폐지)는 인체에 해가 되지 않는 나무 재질이며, 수확이 끝나고 남은 볏짚도 자연적인 것이기 때문에 인체에 해가 되지 않는다. 이 두 가지를 혼합하여 화학약품을 전혀쓰지 않고 우리기술로 만들어 더 나은 제품을 만들 수 있다. 또 환경오염 도 줄여 깨끗한 환경을 만드는 데 도움을 주는 종이(폐지)와 볏짚을 이용한 친환경 보온 단열재에 관한 것.
